1. Rotate counterclockwise on right-click

   There is a "rotate clockwise"-option under right click but why not also a counterclockwise option? The right-click rotate is quick and easy to use when just viewing documents but there should also be an option to rotate counterclockwise also.

2. Quick startup is vital, was better before (Pro)

   Adobe (XI/Pro) was better before.

   For some obscure reason, now it wants to process the document or verify signatures when i open the document. ....... and I have to sit there and wait ! .......

   That's not what I want.

   I want it to poen in less than 1 second.
   Then I want to check something on that document (think like paper document" in 2 seconds.
   And then I want to close it again in 1 second.

   Your are not doing that ! ,....... you're stealing my time.

   And I don't care if it is the document that's the problem.

   Because I just use kofax or Xchange viewer instead, they open it right away without expecting me to wait.

   If you need to process the document, do that in the background (while you keep it read only maybe).

   Additionally the program is (also document related) sometimes simply crashing ! ,........... Maybe because the document was created or updated by kofax or xchange before,....... but you realy have to pull yourself together and make sure you test your product for such cases.

   Otherwise, you will be out of this business in some years from now.

3. QUIT CHANGING MY PINNED TOOLS in ACROBAT DC

   Periodically, Adobe lets you know of what they think are wonderful ideas, but they do so by rebuilding my pinned tools list.....so I have to go and select MY tools AGAIN. This is the fourth for fifth time in six months and I am really getting sick of it. Who gave you the right to adjust what tool items I have pinned. You know, the ones I know I use....not the one some marketing A-Hole can only think (hope) I use. Absolutely a pain in the butt.

4. The left side "Navigation Pane" will not come open with a click of arrow

   The left side of the Navigation Pane won't open with a click of the arrow. It used to, but something happened to the installation. I reinstalled with the latest version, but it still doesn't work correctly.

5. Insufficient Data Error

   When opening the PDF in Adobe Acrobat DC - Continuous release 2021.001.20142 and then scrolling down get an error for Insufficient data. Signature/s associated to the document do not appear. This same document opened in Foxit display without errors. This error happens on any OS.

6. The "rotate" tool is difficult (impossible?) to find.

   The rotate function should be part of the default toolbar again! (I can find the "rotate view" button by clicking on View, but that doesn't actually change the document orientation, just temporarily changes the view). I'm sure it's there somewhere, but this occurs so often you shouldn't have to go even one layer down to get to this function.

8. Folder count in Landing Page

   Provide a means of increasing the number of folders that are displayed when in the "Save As" dialogue. You could also just use File Explorer and do away with the "Landing Page" as I more often than not end up selecting a displayed folder and then selecting another folder from there. Most inconvenient unless you always work in the same five folders. This is one of the nicest features of the "backstage" in Office apps (setting the number of recently used files or folders in "Options"). Having the ability to increase the number of folders displayed in "Files>Computer" on the "Landing Page" would be a great convenience too. The ability to "pin" would be an asset.

9. Make the Find box a sidebar

   I use the Find/Replace feature far more than the other tools that Adobe is promoting. And yet this is the only tool that I can't move to a sidebar! It overlays the text and blocks view of the material you're searching. At least before I could drop it into the header bar.

10. Bug: Reader DC 20.006.20034 Still Holds Lock On Files After Closing File Tabs

    Using Windows 10 Home Version 1909 OS Build 18363.657, when I have a PDF file or multiple PDF files open in Reader DC, and when I close the tab of a file and then try to do something with that file in Windows Explorer, such as rename or delete or move or change it any way, I cannot do so because Windows 10 thinks there is still a lock on the file and throws a pop-up dialog that says to "Close the file and try again." The only way I can get the lock released is by closing Reader DC entirely. One should not have to do anything more than close the tab for a file in order for it to be closed and unlocked from being considered still open.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issue that you are facing here.

    Do you have Windows Explorer Preview turned on in your explorer window ? If yes, can you please try after switching the windows explorer off and see if that works fine ?
    Also Try to close the explorer window and then try and then try to do any operation on that file in a different exporer window

11. More view options for the "Add Open Files" screen when using the Combine Files tool

    Frequently I have to combine files that I have opened in Adobe from a scanned version. When using the Combine Files tool, there's an option to "Add Open Files." This feature is super nifty by incredibly vague. Once you select which files you want to be working with, it adds them to a preview screen -- the order of which is the reverse of the order you have the files actually opened within Adobe. A few little changes would make this so much better... 1) Spruce up the file select screen after clicking Add Open Files (it wasn't obvious to me how to use this feature the first time, because all the files show up as highlighted by default. Maybe a nice check box next to each file would be more intuitive). 2) Give me more options in the file preview screen! As previously mentioned, the files automatically get put in reverse order of how they were opened in Adobe initially. For example, I scan three, 50-page sets of documents, and want to make one large PDF from them. I scan the file top-to-bottom as any sane person would, then open the three files. I see the first 1/3rd, then the 2nd, then the last chronologically. I open the files, hit combine, and now it's exactly out of order. I then have to manually rearrange where they are in relation to each other. There should be a setting where you can indicate your preference (add first open Adobe file as the first in the Combine Files tool, or add said file last), AND/OR there should be a icon I can click to reverse the current selection of files. Too many times I have 5+ files that I need to combine that are now backwards and I have to manually move and verify the order back to what it should do by default. This is too long of a post, but I want this feature...

12. Save doesn't work, blank dialogue box

    So, it would be nice to be able to save a PDF with markup. It would be super helpful if rather than a blank unresponsive box, hitting save simply let me save a file. I've seen other programs do this, hopefully this is something Adobe can look into!

16. Difficult to know where to post a question

    I have Acrobat Pro Dc and I have a question that I want to ask the community as the help desk is already closed at 5pm. But from all the logo's I could not directly know on which one to click because nowhere I could find Acrobat Pro Dc. Please make things easier for everyone so we can post our questions at the right place. 18. Adobe? Hello? No Labels on toolbar icons????

    Can someone from Adobe post and say if this will be changed in the next update? It is completely UNBELIEVABLE that software is "updated" to make it more difficult to use and hinder our workflow IMMENSELY! I cannot imagine how a beginner user could use this. I'd like to know if this will change because I'm considering alternative PDF creation software and will cancel my subscription to Acrobat and I don't want waste time to learn to use a new application if this will be corrected soon.

19. Acrobat Freeze Again. I have performed fix of displaying only current visible

    This program does not work. Please fix your problems. I will continue to submit feedback regularly. Hopefully enough bad reviews will save others from my frustration or encourage you to fix your broken software

20. Freezes after opening 1 page Document - Broken Poor Software

    Program freezes and Windows thinks it is not responding every time I open an document. Freeze sometimes last minutes. Program is completely useless. I would stop using it completely if I had a choice. Please fix your broken junk program
