  2. program crashing when using fill and sign

    every time i use fill and sign the program crashes.
    have had online adobe team fix multiple times (which takes hours)
    the problem will go away and then come back a month later . i have asked multiple times what the issue is with no explanation.
    i am using a brand new HP Pavillion Core i7 desk top.
    i will be cancelling my subscription and finding another means of completing my work documents.

  3. more than 2 signature / initial options for fill & sign tool

    Only 2 signature / initial images can be stored currently. Every time I want another signature I have to swap out an existing image for one from my files. It would be hugely beneficial to be able to maintain a much larger selection of stored signatures / initials for completing documents for multiple members of the household.

  4. fill and sign entries stay editable

    fill and sign entries (text inputs into forms) are initially editable but then lose editability for unknown reasons. When filling in a large form I need to be able to go back and change entries. Why do my entries stop being editable??

    Entries in Fill and Sign will stop being editable once you apply a signature/initial to document and then save it.

    Thanks for reporting the issue and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

    Can you please try signing out from your application. Go to Help > Sign out.

    Sign in again to the application and try to use Fill and Sign.

  6. Fill & Sign, Send and Track & Signature only shows blank screen

    Using OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6 with Acrobat Pro DC
    Fill and Sign will only show a blank screen.

  7. Can't add text in the fill & sign section, pls help!

    I have an adobe acrobat DC, and I've tried several times to fill in a form on the app. However on the Fill & Sign tool, the Add Text function isn't turning up. How can I fix this?

  8. OMG, what a nightmare.

    I have been working with Acrobat for as long as it has existed, and this version is a nightmare. I have spent hours trying to sign a contract while my customer waits for a response. The sign icon at the top is greyed out. I am unable to edit, add text fields, add signature image. I may have to resort to printing the entire contract and rescanning it as I also cannot insert a page into this locked document. We do not need more features, we just need the ones we have to work.

  9. When I use the fill & sign feature with latest version

    The older version seemed faster when I used fill & sign. Also, when I place the cursor in the field you want to fill, I used to be able to use my up and down arrows to adjust it to the field better. It seems slow and sluggish now.

    We have made some fixes around this area. Can you please update to the latest version : Go to Help > Check for updates.

    Do let us know if you still observe the crash after updating to the latest version (2019.010.20069).

  10. Fill & Sign Missing Fill

    The ability to add a date to my signature with Fill & Sign is a serious limitation (the document has active fields.) Blocking the "fill" may be "as designed", but the design is flawed because it prevents important functionality.

  11. zoom out while typing

    I don't understand what I'm doing to make this happen, but when I am typing using fill and sign the page starts zooming out when I type certain keys. It didn't do this before the last update. I've noticed it happens when I type 1 or 2. Is there some shortcut I'm calling without noticing? How can I make this stop?

  12. Id like to have the option to increase or decrese the line spacing in an interactive document. You can just choose the font size.

    Hi,

    There is an option to increase the line spacing when you convert the text to a comb field. Follow the below steps :

    1. Place a text field.
    2.Convert it to a comb field by using the 4th option in the quick tools section (next to delete icon)
    3. Increase the line spacing by using the re-sizer on the right hand side of the comb field.

  13. scrolling with touchscreen

    I like that I can now scroll through the entire document and not just one page at a time but I can't scroll with my touchscreen because it always thinks I'm trying to "fill". It would help a lot if I could also scroll using touchscreen in my business.

  15. Can't sign fillable forms in Acrobat DC Pro

    Acrobat Pro XI allowed signing fillable forms. Now when i try to sign one after others have signed in their blocks, it won't let me.

    Please fix this. It is a major hamper to my work.

  16. Issues with FIll in and Sign Feature in Acrobat Pro

    I am having an issue with the "Fill in and Sign" feature. When I open up a PDF that doesn't have fillable fields but I'm just trying to add text to the page, as soon as I hit the letter "A" key, I get an error message that says, "Currently there are no form fields in this PDF. DO you want Adobe Acrobat to detect form fields for you?" This only happens when I have the Single Key Shortcut Accelerators enabled in preferences. When I don't, I can type the text without an issue but when they're enabled it triggers…

  17. Acrobat DC can not sign document.. stuck in retrieving information

    how about being able to sign documents without connecting to a cloud service or being completely disconnected from the internet.. heck I can't sign it when i am fully connected..

    after al long work with the fill&sign tool, didn't succeed to save the changes. I've received the message: "the operation failed because Adobe Acrobat encountered an unknown error"

  19. Preparing a document for Send & Sign

    I had a 42 page document that I needed to send out for initials & signatures. I carefully [for 30 minutes] prepared the document for sender + 2 signers, sent to be "prepared" and then clicked sign. It came back with me being the only signer in every place I had prepared. This despite checking and double checking the emails addresses were correct for signers 1 & 2. So I tried going in and editing the fields, which still did not resolve the problem. So I deleted the document and redid it...with the same result. I called support and spoke…

  20. Delete circled items in saved "Fill & Sign" document

    I have to fill out form repeatedly with different information each week for something for class. I edited it a bit the first time and then set it up to use as a "template" for myself in the future. However, I am trying to delete a portion in "Fill & Sign" where I circled things (I had to do a bunch of ratings on a scale of 1-5) and change them for the new week and it will not let me delete or adjust the old circles I made. I can't figure out how to do this or find any…
