  1. I click on save but it does not save

    This is a problem that your technical people need to correct, it is useless to take time reading up about other peoples approach. The lack of functionality is an enginerring and technical porblem that has to be corrected by your managers. Someone should sue you for fraud

  2. Allow us to decline installation of Microsoft 365 plugins

    Every time Acrobat updates in the background, it inserts its buttons on my Word ribbon. I can hide this section or disable the plugin, but these changes are erased with the next update. At times, the plugins also break Outlook. I don't want or need them. Can I opt out?

  3. Visualização do número de páginas

    O número das páginas não está visível adequadamente na nova versão do programa. O indicador de página atual apenas comporta 3 dígitos, o que é extremamente inconveniente quando há mais de 1000 páginas em um documento. Assim, se estou na página 1028 de 1148, por exemplo, só é mostrado 102. Nem mesmo quando clico no visor é possível visualizar o número de página adequado, pois ele informa apenas os 3 últimos dígitos, ou seja, 028.
    Isso gera grandes inconvenientes que não havia na versão anterior, já que não é possível alterar o local de visualização das páginas no programa.

  4. Email popup glitch

    When trying to email a PDF document, the email popup/dropdown closes automatically upon initial open, and choosing not to send as a link also has to be clicked twice.

  7. Unable to define width of new text box using "add text" feature in edit.

    Adobe has just been updated on my computer.

    Examples uploaded of what is happening now, and what I used to be able to do. I have hidden confidential information, apologies for this.

    I used to be able to draw a text box to make it of a certain width before I started typing, and as I would type the text box would expand downwards as needed. Then if I needed to I could adjust the width afterwards as well.

  8. The View - New Acrobat experience breaks Edit - Add Text

    The New Acrobat Pro experience has broken the Edit - Add Text feature.
    In the old experience, if one clicked on the "Edit" icon then all existing objects such as text boxes would be shown and one could edit text inside them. If one clicked on the "Add Text" icon then those existing objects would no longer show their boxes nor be editable so one could position the cursor over such a box and add text which would create a new text box.   10. Remove the 2 device maximum for enterprise licenses with federated ID

    Does the 2-device maximum make any sense for Federated IDs? People aren't going to be sharing Federated IDs at an enterprise level in order to circumvent paying adobe licenses. These accounts are tied to PC logins, emails, file access, etc. and are protected by 2fa basically everywhere. People get fired for sharing their credentials. It's silly to still have a 2 device limit at the enterprise level when every other software vendor in the space allows 5-10, often with an additional 5-10 for mobile devices.

  13. Adobe Pro bug Portuguse Opo-up Window

    Portuguese pop-up bug appears after Adobe Pro is open for a couple of minutes. See attached file with pop-up window that renders Adobe Pro inoperable. I can only close the program using the Task Manager.

  14. When combining files in Acrobat there is a new pop-up ”Confirm Security”. I am combining multiple pages, it take too much time to check all

    Witam, po każdy otwarciu pdf wyskakuje okienko wszystkie narzędzia i za każdym razem trzeba je zamykać by był lepszy widok na dokument. Opcja preferencje=>dokumenty=>zapamiętaj bieżący stan panelu narzędzi nie działa mimo że w starszych wersjach działała be problemu.

  16. Windows border

    Maybe this is just a problem with my computer running Windows 10, but, for some unknown reason, the active Adobe Acrobat window border changes to Windows 7 style on occasion and is usually followed shortly thereafter by the program crashing. Is anyone else experiencing this peculiar behavior?

  17. All text and numbers in Pdf are changed to symbols

    Hello, When I access my PDF file all text and numbers are changed to symbols. I have checked and all programs are up to date and I have cleared all my cookies and caches of data. But the issue continues. What can I do to correct this? Thank you.

  19. Accessibility Errors with PDF Maker Update Sept 2021

    Several major bugs have been documented by users in the Adobe Community Forums since Acrobat and PDF Maker were updated on September 14, 2021.

    They are:

    1: Alt-Text from MS Word is not converting into the PDF. Instead, it is dropped and gibberish code is inserted. See https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/alt-text-converting-wrong-from-word-to-pdf/m-p/12393017 This violates the PDF/UA-1 standard which requires that every graphic have alt-text that verbally describes the graphic.

    THIS IS A HUGE BUG. You essentially have made Acrobat unusable for those who are required by their country's laws to make fully accessible PDFs.

    Hi,

    Thank you for raising these accessibility issues. The post mentions about the following six bugs being introduced with the update that went live on September 14, 2021

    1: Alt-Text from MS Word is not converting into the PDF. Instead, it is dropped and gibberish code is inserted
    2: Every cell border on every table cell is being tagged as <P>PathPathPathPath
    3: The underline on Hyperlinks should be tagged as artifacts
    4: Borders and background shadings on Text Boxes are being tagged as a combination of <Figure>s and PathPathPath
    5: Paragraph borders and shadings: same deal as #4 above.Per the PDF/UA-1 standard, they are visually decorative and should be artifacted
    6: Dragging and dropping elements in both the Tag and Order panels is now broken.

    Would like to mention that out of these, #1 and #6 were introduced with the Sep 14 update and remaining (#2, #3, #4 & #5)…
