  1. When the Reduced Size option is used, the white area in images should not be changed to a a mottled light gray.

    When the Reduced Size option is used, the white area in images should not be changed to a a mottled light gray. Technical Support couldn't tell me how to fix this---even a Supervisor. I have to take the time to experiment to find out if this can be resolved using the PDF Optimizer which is wasteful of my time.

  3. Bug Report: Version 2019.008.20074, Win 7...Does not save to desired location

    When I first open Acrobat the first time I try to do a SAVE AS to a different location...the document is not saved to the target location. Second time I tray it, document IS saved to target location.

    We are not able to reproduce this issue at our end.
    Can you share with us some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  6. Allow option for Acrobat Pro DC to run locally

    Since going to Cloud Acrobat Pro DC, much much slower than X pro running locally on PC. We are a small local government utility. Can't imagine using this in a business sense...
    Also doesn't play well with Outlook 2013. Add-ins issues

  7. Why does Adobe ask me to login in now EVERYTIME that I open a document? This slows my computer down - and all I want to do is view doc.

    This slows my computer down and really bogs things in general. Then when I opt out of sign in, Adobe does what I want anyway.... After I have closed two windows to get to the actual doc.

  9. Local log for Authentication issues Acrobat DC

    It would be helpful if Acrobat kept a local log (we use Windows) to show success / failure for log in attempts to the DC. Cataloging the error messages received by our users would help us diagnose account issues vs. user error, etc.

  13. Need to be able to share document with in-bedded sound

    I can link media using buttons, but the link is broken when the file is shared / copied.

    Is it not possible to link to attachments (and not external source files) so that the integrity remains intact.

  14. I wish I could speak or text someone about changing the credit card I had been using.

    Why can't I find a phone # or be able to text someone about how to change the Credit Card Number so the payment can come to your company.

  15. How do I delete a tick in a saved document

    I've used a tick (under 'Fill and Sign') in my document. I save the document under a different name. I don't want the tick to appear in the new document. How do I delete it?

    Please view chat on Bomgar and get back to me. He wasted over an hour of my time. Luckily I spoke to someone else and they fixed issue in 15 minutes.

  17. Put images from PDF into a PPr or after effect composition.

    I feel that like bridge's ability to talk to other adobe programs, acrobat should be as simple as dragging an image from one program to another.

  19. Enable "Add Folder" to Reduce File Size Dialog Box

    In the same way the "Recognize Text" dialog box has "Add Files" and "Add Folders", please introduce that into your "Reduce File Size" dialog box. It currently has only "Add Files" but not the other. In order to simulate it, I have to open a bunch of them first then "Add Open Files." That is clunky. I'd rather just choose a folder and include all subfolders in the same way the other dialog box does it.

  20. Bug Report: Save As A PDF has not been working for at least two months for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I hope it is fixed soon. Thanks

    When I download a pdf and use the SAVE or SAVE AS to .pdf, the save window disappears in seconds and I can't save the document.
