New Adobe esign post Classic has changed dramatically - bad UX - bring back Classic
Terrible new upgrade on UX. As a product manager I had to give you feedback and this is the only way I can find to do it. Filling an agreement from template didn't save (even when asked to) and I could only read what I added after hovering over the boxes. Also it jumped around horrendously. Bring back Classic - it worked

PDF shared cloud editing still doesn't work
Why are PDF forms so awful? I have to remake PDF forms in Word or Google Docs so that I can have a shared for the form.
10+ years of clouds services and Adobe still is miles behind everyone on shared doc editing. It's mind blowing.3 votes -
Unable to access my account
Well, I paid a subscription for Adobe Acrobat DC and was charge for 3 year which I did not request and then paid for a 1 year but neither of the acrobats were completed downloaded to my account. I used it once on the web the day I paid for it and now I am unable to get to it. Can someone get back to me on this issue. The email used was shirleyidiaz4859@gmail.com.

Feedback on adobe sign
When you download individual files from Adobe Sign, there should be an option to include the audit report at the end so there is only 1 file instead of 2. Users should have this option

最近署名依頼画面が変更になり、大変使いづらくなったと感じております。
最初の画面で送信先メールアドレス入力フォームのみ表示することに意味はあるのでしょうか。
最初から全ての入力フォームを確認できた以前の方が使いやすかったように感じます。
また、入力候補を表示してくれるのはありがたいのですが、入力途中にいざ候補を選択しようとすると何も起きない=また打ち直しになるのもなんだかなあと思います。
入力候補も、以前打ち間違えたもの(例えば.comを.conなど)は、間違えやすいので削除できるとありがたいのですが方法はありますでしょうか?
機能自体は他にはない素晴らしいもので今後も是非重宝させていただきたいので、なるべく使いやすいようにサポートいただけると嬉しく思います。

Unhappy wont use again, Dont recommend
Service is subpar. Only able to edit one file before everything breaks. stops allowing you to edit if you click the wrong thing while trying to learn the online software. Then all buttons send to Sign up pop up. which FREE TRAIL button does nothing no matter how many times its clicked. Subscribe button also not functional so now its unusable. Not a good experience, found another actual FREE pdf editor on google search that WORKS.

what has happened to my electronic Signature? I don't get the Certificates any more. Why not? It means the E signature is not valid.

Buggy form filler
This is the most awful form filler I've even seen.
Everything I write is moved when I try to download a copy. this is unreadable.
Pure garbage. I just wasted half an hour

Fill & Sign Bug
It appears that something has changed recently, or Fill & Sign has a bug. If I use Fill & Sign, save, then come back later to finish the document. The fields that I've populated are now read-only. In the past, I could still use Fill & Sign to complete the document and go back to previous filled fields and fix typo's and incorrect data.

Please add a setting to DISABLE the addition of the "audit report" page on Adobe Sign documents. This should be easy to add, please add it!

uploading documents always gets stuck
I hate acrobat online. It ALWAYS freezes when I am trying to upload a document to request a signature from a client. This has cost me so much time refreshing and it messing up each time until the 10th time is the charm. So annoying please fix.

Date field not working properly when Polish user interface is set.
Date field not working in Polish Acrobat Reader DC, Acrobat Pro 2020, Acrobat Pro DC and probably many others similar to those mentioned here. Calendar does not pop up after clicking on date field when user interfaces language is Polish. When user interface language is set to English date field work properly.

Wording on last two steps of Signature request
We are finding that the wording of the last two steps, Finish (2nd last) and then Tap to Sign (last) is confusing to our clients as they are not progressing past the Finish step, which is understandable. We think changing the wording on these steps would be far more practical and less confusing.

In person signature function SUCKS!
The in person signature function is nothing short of terrible..
Every time we try collect signatures we have to go through the process twice with the client. Makes the sales process clunky amd unprofessional. Essentially, we select the template once, only to be met with the “the page you’re trying to access is invalid”. Then, we start again and amazingly it works. The exact same form…. Please see attached image which shows the frustrating image I’m met with daily.
If I hadn’t already uploaded all our agreements as templates I’d have cancelled this service weeks ago. Eventually I will, but…
