1. In person signature function SUCKS!

   The in person signature function is nothing short of terrible..

   Every time we try collect signatures we have to go through the process twice with the client. Makes the sales process clunky amd unprofessional. Essentially, we select the template once, only to be met with the “the page you’re trying to access is invalid”. Then, we start again and amazingly it works. The exact same form…. Please see attached image which shows the frustrating image I’m met with daily.

   If I hadn’t already uploaded all our agreements as templates I’d have cancelled this service weeks ago. Eventually I will, but for now I just don’t have the time to research other, likely way better, options.

   If this is something that can be fixed, that would be great.

   And in case it’s asked, my app is up to date and we’ve tried this on multiple devices.

   You have multiple profiles linked to your ID; however you can only send documents with Adobe Sign when you logged in with one of the profiles.

7. Signature too small

   Too small signature on returned document makes this product unusable. Please let me know if there is a fix.

   Thanks for your feedback. Could you please provide some more details to help us understand the problem.

   Did you use Request Signatures to request someone else to sign? Or did you use Fill and Sign to sign it yourself? Did it happen to all documents or just some? Is it possible for you to share the documents with us so we can investigate?

8. loss of features make product unuseable

   this application is even more problematic today than it was yesterday, which was bad enough. Now i can't email my file. What is going on????

9. product fails to meet expectations

    first of all thank you for the product and the support.
    secondly i would like to suggest the following :
    1- adding a search option within the tabs of agreements (in progress, completed)
    2- provide a notification mechanism as a chat or a button in the platform to send a request faster than the email

12. Adobe sign UX is the worst of any Saas in digital media. Worse than Zoho!

    Your UX for the adobe sign and distribute tools is the worst of any SaaS in digital media today. Where to start, you ask? I would challenge you to create a form, like any form that any company producing any product would routinely submit for fills and approval, and try disseminating that. Typo in one of the email designees? You're ******. Want to create a template on the blank version of that form so you don't have to assign every entry field one-by-one? Advertised, but false. How about...try to assign more than one entry field to a single signer at once? Not a chance. The losers at Zoho are creating junk software that outperforms this service. Please fire your UX program manager and start from a clean sheet, or get out of the game!

13. Uploaded Image get's wrongly trimmed

    I was trying to sign the form with an image of the signature but for some weird reason the picture get's trimmed all the time on the side. And half of the signature gets lost...

15. Increase Adobe Sign user adoption with Game Mechanics

    The below is specific to Adobe Sign

    I've been using the product for a while and what I've noticed is the signatories are at times not very responsive. This is clearly not product deficiency, however, I believe if Adobe Sign incorporated elements of game mechanics the response times and user adoption will grow tremendously

    game mechanics concepts like a leader border [most documents signed], reward badges and comparative ratings [completion speed]

    and have these visible to all within the organisation or community.

17. Waste of Time

    I absolutely detest one aspect of Adobe. I hate (but can live with) the fact that I am prohibited from having Adobe active on more than 2 devices at any one time. What I detest is that when I open a PDF from the device that is not active, it tells me it must shut down!!! Why not just tell me to deactivate another device, send me to a log-in page to select a device to deactivate? Then I wouldn't have to open Adobe, log-in, deactivate a device, then reopen my document. What a waste of time!! This is such a dimwitted requirement that I can only assume it is being driven by a marketing effort but I can't think of what it could be. If you want me to buy something else to avoid that stupidity just say so. I would love someone to contact me and tell me the logic behind this nonsense.

19. Horrendous UX on iPhone 13 pro

    This app does not work at all on the new iPhone 13 pro. It worked better on my old XS. My account doesn’t stay logged in despite selecting “stay logged in.” The entire user experience for sending a template is not functional. I’m not sure how it could be this messed up. Nothing works, or zooms. You can’t see many of the fields. The email field populates the first half of one letter. The screen doesn’t rotate. Holy **** this is an absolute mess. I’m switching to DocuSign immediately. You guys really messed up. Bad
