Send Signature - Reminders
How are we able to remind signers if the agreement has already been sent? Please advise. I prefer an all encompassing viewpoint and this new layout doesn't accommodate. Thanks.

How can I see documents out for signature?
How do I see a list of my documents out for signature that are pending? This new re-design is horrible - I can't find anything anymore! BRING BACK THE OLD DESIGN!!!

Cookie pop up problems
Please move your cookie bar. Our clients continually think they've signed their documents bust haven't seen the "click to sign" button because it's under the cookie notice. This happens constantly and necessitates numerous emails and phone calls to explain what should be a fast and easy way to get documents signed.

E-sign link via TEXT
Would be very helpful to be able to send the signature request via text message link, so that customer gets a text alert message and opens link into the e-sign website.

Adobe Acrobat Pro server problems!
I pay a monthly $14.99 to use Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I use the sign document feature daily with our Service Ticket agreements for my clients. However, the last few weeks I cannot get any work done in a timely manner. Adobe Acrobat Pro locks up while logging in, opening documents, sending templates to clients for signing, editing templates, etc., etc. It has become a minute by minute nightmare. I thought it might be my wifi or computer but no matter which computer I use, iPad, iPhone, wifi, etc. Adobe Acrobat Pro is problematic. I am ready to through it…

Adobe Sign app not working at all
Adobe Sign app doesn’t show any docs out for signature and when go to Sign section it’s still got link for Get App even though I am in the Adobe sign app!

Unable to Assign and request signatures

Bad Customer Experience
I am an Adobe employee, and I am having problems with my Adobe DC product. I've reached out for help via phone and chat. It's been over 30 minutes and I haven't reached anyone, and I haven't received any update about progress toward speaking with someone.
This is bad. I'm a bit embarrassed this is the experience. Thought we were further along in this regard.
Happy to share my experience with a support manager in San Jose, if needed.

New Adobe Sign is horrendous, not well organised, the previous version was great.
Hi guys, for the adobe sign part, I really don't like the new look, is there a way to go back to the old version, as it was much easier to navigate who signed what form etc. Now its very difficult.

Issues with Adobe sign - signature blocks moving
The updates to adobe sign are causing issues with block placement. The signature blocks look fine in the "review" but when they are saved and sent, the block move to different areas of the document and shift places. PLEASE FIX ASAP!

STOP THE POP UPS I CAN'T USE YOUR WEB APP
I freaking hate your pop ups. I can no longer x out of them, so I can't actually use your web app because I can't navigate to the correct buttons to proceed through the adobe sign process. They give repetitive and unhelpful information. They come up EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to send a document via adobe sign. I don't want a response, I just want them to be turned off.

ich habe ein Abo für Adobe Acrobar Pro. Dennoch ist es nicht möglich, E-Signaturen einzuholen. Ich bekomme die Fehlermeldung "You arenot authorized to send documents for signature". Unser Admin sagt, er kann für unsere Accounts keine dedizierte Einstellung dafür machen. Unsere Accounts sind aktiviert oder deaktiviert. Meiner ist aktiviert.
