1. Bad dashboard user interface

   you've made the Request Signature very annoying to track activity.
   1. Under People - i need to see the name. Forcing me to hover over the head icon is a step I shouldn't have to take.
   2. Under Opened - why does that say opened and not signed? I need to see who has SIGNED not opened. So now I have to open each doc to see if they signed or just opened.

   You guys have been building software for decades. I shouldn't have to tell you how to make a under friendly dashboard.

   I am assuming that you are looking at the "Recent" or “Agreements” table on the Home page.

   
   

   1. I think you have a valid point that when there is only one person in the PEOPLE column, we could show the name directly. Sometimes documents are shared or send for signature to many people and this column gives a quick overview of that. As a workaround for now you could go to the Documents > All Agreements section (you can get there via View all > Agreements as well) and that table show the "Recipients" without having to hover any icon.

   
   

   2. Some users will see a STATUS column in the Recent or Agreements tab on the home page. Your account seems to not show this column from your comment. The STATUS column tells you if the agreement is "Signed" or still "Waiting for signature". You are right, you shouldn't have to open the agreement to see that information. As a workaround for now you can see that STATUS column under Documents > All Agreements.

3. Wording on last two steps of Signature request

   We are finding that the wording of the last two steps, Finish (2nd last) and then Tap to Sign (last) is confusing to our clients as they are not progressing past the Finish step, which is understandable. We think changing the wording on these steps would be far more practical and less confusing.

5. Your employee HUNG UP on me WITHOUT answering my question after being on the phone with me for 50+ minutes

   I was just on the phone, and gave the Adobe team member access to my computer, and he was (1) completely unhelpful during those 50 minutes and unable to provide a clear answer to my question and then (2) he HUNG UP on me and DISCONNECTED screen sharing rather than answering my question.

   I am furious and I still have no idea how to do what I am trying to do in Adobe, even though one of your nicer employees was able to explain it to me 2 weeks ago in chat.

   it is UNACCEPTABLE for your employee to hang up/disconnect with me without providing an answer to my question. I asked repeatedly to speak to his supervisor and he wouldn't let me.

   This level of customer support is terrible and I STILL NEED HELP RESOLVING MY ISSUE.

   I expect you to do what is right have have a competent, professional employee call me back at (405) 698-1400 and assist me with resolving my questions.

   I am LIVID that I wasted an hour on the phone, got no answers and was rudely hung up on. You need to have better standards of conduct for your employees

6. In person signature function SUCKS!

   The in person signature function is nothing short of terrible..

   Every time we try collect signatures we have to go through the process twice with the client. Makes the sales process clunky amd unprofessional. Essentially, we select the template once, only to be met with the “the page you’re trying to access is invalid”. Then, we start again and amazingly it works. The exact same form…. Please see attached image which shows the frustrating image I’m met with daily.

   If I hadn’t already uploaded all our agreements as templates I’d have cancelled this service weeks ago. Eventually I will, but for now I just don’t have the time to research other, likely way better, options.

   If this is something that can be fixed, that would be great.

   And in case it’s asked, my app is up to date and we’ve tried this on multiple devices.

8. Adding ability to leave voice notes

   As I teach design courses where students submit PDFs of their work, I would love to have the option to leave a voice "note" directly in their file.

   I do love the ability to "mark-up" their work with the embedded tools, however!

13. files clarification

    From December 2021 I'm trying to installed Acrobat Pro,D and the Standard, I was able to upload the initial files bat I received the note retry or quit, also in my account I have orders which I do not need. I have already on one computer the Acrobat D Pro and I like to continuous with it, and I need new Adobe Pro on my new computer.
    You may have record of few more computers but I closed my office and I'm not use them any more. Thanks

14. Sharing PDF for Comments needs more features such as bookmarks

    I am testing Acrobat DC for sharing PDFs for commenting. The commenting part works OK but the full palette of comment tools such as textbox, draw rectangle, arrows, etc would be useful. Also bookmarks created before sharing are visable in the shared document but any bookmarks that are created afterwards by any party disappear. Due to these shortfalls I will not be upgrading to DC, Acrobat Pro 2017 is working just fine.

    You have multiple profiles linked to your ID; however you can only send documents with Adobe Sign when you logged in with one of the profiles.

    Making the product do what it says it can wold be a nice touch. For instance combine files and then just showing them all, selected or not and just sit there--no save, no combine, no further instructions is pretty STUPID and a waste of time.
