  1. e-signatures is not working

    My IT department has asked I email you directly. I am trying to use e-signatures and it is not working. It says to contact the Administrator. It was working on Friday. Please help as I have agreements I need to send through. Rachel

  2. Reminders on E-signing

    I am shocked with how many things Adobe have managed to break with each update. To add to the extensive list of things going wrong - reminders for e-signatures are now suddenly working, meaning our entire client list just got reminders for documents they have already signed. So you've managed to fix it, while simultaneously breaking it.

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with this feature. Could you provide more information about this issue? For example, how many clients are receiving signing remainders on already signed documents, if is with a specific remainder for example daily or weekly.

  6. Unacceptable cancellation fee

    Absolutely unacceptable to charge cancellation fee, especially considering the electronic signature (using a USG Common Access Card) did not work. I'll never use Adobe again.

  8. Removed functionality to CC recipients

    It appears in this latest update you removed the ability to CC someone on a signature submission. We used this all the time as FYI and do not want to have additional people required to sign or review

    Hello,

    You can add a CC email in the Review and send dialog following this steps:

    1.  When you finish adding the fields for the recipients, click Review and send
    2. A dialog should open, where you can see the recipients emails, the name of the agreement and under the message text box there should be a More options link
    3. Click More Options
    4. At the bottom there is a section for Add CC
    5. Add the email you want as CC and click Add
    6. The email will appear under this section, you can remove it if need it or add more before you send it.

    You can go back to editing the agreement if need it and the CC emails should be saved!

  9. Go back to the old e-sign, new one is rubbish

    your new Adobe e-sign is rubbish! So many more steps than before, it jumbles the document title and I have to rewrite it, I placed the signature box where it should be and nope, it changed the location and now the signature is in a completely different place! I have to add email addresses all over again and names - why do I need to add names!? Revert back to the old method immediately, there was NOTHING WRONG WITH IT!   11. Poor use of notifications

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP sending me product notifications. it is one thing to send me a product update being available, but the constant nonsense being spouted by Adobe cloud is not helpful, and distracting.

    Utterly pointless that sent me to a web page for editing a pdf. - WTH

    WHY!!!!????

    Qu'est devenu Adobe Acrobat Pro pour lequel j'avais une clé de sécurité il y a environ 4 ans ? Il n'était pas question d'abonnement alors !! Adobe devient cher et ces abonnements ne sont que du vol !

    Well, I decided to quit the installation of Acrobat. …
    Reason: I … hate … to have to type in each **** character for a password. … My passwords are random and usually contain over 15 characters. … I despise the fact that I can not copy and paste from my Word file. … This is ********!!!

  18. Adding more than one template

    Please can we attach more than one template to an e-sign document! We used to be able to attach a few, whereas now I get an error message when I try to attach more that one. This will hugely influence whether our company can continue to use Adobe!

  20. Tap & Sign?

    My customers are confused by the button to complete signing the documents that we send them. They don't understand that in order to complete the signatures, they have to click or tap on the "Sign" button at the top of the page. I think it would be more simple to change the word on the "Sign" button to "Click to Complete Your Signature" or Click to Finish your Signature" or "Finish" or "Complete" and to move the button to the bottom of the document, which for most other e-sign services, is the most logical location.
