Sign-In still does not workI log into Adobe to open documents, it says it's not connecting to the servers. I log into the website login for Adobe and try again. It still says it cannot login to the servers. This product does not work and needs to be repaired. 1 vote

All Documents GoneAll of my files in the Document Cloud obtained via Adobe Scan have disappeared. I required some very important, time-sensitive files, which to my dismay were suddenly missing. This is not a problem I have ever had before and I am baffled. The files are not in my Previous Scans in Adobe Scan, even in the All Scans section. The files are not in the Document Cloud, whether in the Adobe Scan Folder or otherwise. The files are not in the trash. The files are not in any of the Creative Cloud folders. Signature Certificate needs more detailsIs there a way to include IP Address and Location for Signature Certificates? I think timestamps / timelines sometimes do not suffice. For example, I've attached a Signature Certificate from our current document signature handler. 1 vote

Google Drive integrationI've been using Google Drive for years. You allowed me to connect my GDrive account within Adobe online, yet there is no way to clearly send a file which I scanned with Adobe Scan to my GDrive account to save in my repository. Perhaps this is intentional, perhaps not. But it's absolutely ridiculous that you do not make this more obvious. If you are attempting to force me to use your cloud repository, you will fail. I will never use this for more than temporary storage, so you may as well provide proper integration functionality. 0 votes

financial stress and you are charging me and i thought i had only a month of use!Im so angry that you are charging me forevery month..i signed up for a month and you have still charged me evry month. i am very poor with little kids and had to use acrobat for a rental application. you are a big company ripping off poor people. and now you want to charge me for the whole year. disgusting corporate fraud. please sort this out and refund me my hard earned money. you can see i have never used it again. i will take this to the Australian ombudsman if i am not reimbursed for the last three months.… 1 vote
