For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    De vorige versies terugzetten. Ik had steeds een offline mogelijkheid om de acties te doen die ik nodig heb. Via omwegen - die ik daarvoor niet moest te doen - kan ik pas aan mijn werk beginnen. Als ik een andere software vind die gebruiksvriendelijker is, zet ik dit abonnement stop! De updates zijn een ergernis geworden...

  8. Misleading information (lies)

    You can improve your product experience by not misleading people. I started to convert some PNG files to PDF having been told that no payment or credit card was necessary. Having signed up I now find that I have to sign up to the 'free trail' and suprise suprise i have to put in a credit card. Thanks for wasting my time with your lies.

  10. Do not charge for AI features become an authority

    Charging for AI features is not appealing. Most people are already paying you & for an AI service they are not going to want to be paying for AI service them be required to double pay you. Just for you to consider you guys should be displaying and providing your AI as the best, a creative & authoritative AI that provides high level understand and research of your pdfs and documents in a better way then other included in the adobe suite, will draw people to you.   17. Inconsistent and incoherent pricing

    When I needed to renew my annual plan I decided to try Adobe Acrobat pdf Pack, so paid for that, not realizing I would not be able to edit pdfs, only export them. At that time, renewal was $159. Then i Just went to upgrade and it tells me $239. When I go to sign up rather than upgrade, the annual price is $179. What the ****?!?!

  18. OCR Tool is laughably limited.

    Your OCR tool is..........................less functional than a free version. And I'm paying for your service...

    It keeps getting stuck on "Recognizing Text" and won't complete the task and then gets an error and stops.

    Before, it had a 100 page limit, which is absurdly small. I don't see that limit right now but if expanding beyond 100 pages broke your tool, you need to really reassess your program.

  20. Can't open/download an document from an Adobe Link

    I cannot open an adobe pdf link as it KEEPS ON SAYING TO DOWNLOAD ADOBE ON MY LAPTOP EVEN THOUGH IT IS ALREADY DOWNLOADED. Please fix the issue or tell me on how to open the link as I need the file for my college.
