Adobe Icon view seen as blank page on attachment in outlook since MacOS 13 Ventura update
Adobe icon preview shows as blank thumbnail page when sent in outlook since MacOS Ventura update. Is there a fix for this?

CMYK preview needed!
The PDF proof I have on my hard drive appears to be in CMYK mode, whether it is or not - that's how it looks in Acrobat DC on my Mac. But I tested the Share function in the app by sending to my own email, so now I'm in my browser, looking at the proof I sent myself. And it all looks great, except completely wrong! That is, the colors are wrong. I'm looking at what looks like photos in RGB, but this should be CMYK. Isn't there a way to approximate CMYK in this web app where proofs…

Carry over bookmark property settings
In Acrobat, I modified some of the bookmark properties color to red. But the bookmarks do not appear red in the document cloud.
When I open the PDF in the document cloud and when I share the PDF via this method, all should should the bookmark properties set in Acrobat.3 votes -
E-Signature funktioniert nicht

ich habe ein Abo für Adobe Acrobar Pro. Dennoch ist es nicht möglich, E-Signaturen einzuholen. Ich bekomme die Fehlermeldung "You arenot authorized to send documents for signature". Unser Admin sagt, er kann für unsere Accounts keine dedizierte Einstellung dafür machen. Unsere Accounts sind aktiviert oder deaktiviert. Meiner ist aktiviert. Dennoch funktioniert das Einholen von E-Signaturen nicht. Bitte helfen Sie mir, dieses Problem zu lösen.3 votes -

File menu doesn't appear so no option to manipulate files in any way
I have no options to preview pdf documents anymore, also, there is no options menu, just a indefinitely spinning wheel after clicking on 3 dots icon for more document options.

It would be great if you can try on incognito mode or any other browser, where you have not used Acrobat earlier.

Hello,
I can't get to the details of my scanned documents. For ex, when I click on the ... button, it doesn't open.
This problem seems to exist since yesterday.
I use Brave as a browser and tried on Firefox but got the same problem.Can you help me please ?

Lot of issues, very slow, unable to download.
I've had a horrible experience with PDF compressor. The page is loading slow and I have trouble downloading files because it keeps loading. It's not internet speed issue cos all the other websites work perfectly, it's only Adobe that has problems. Also, letting me compress only few files for free is ridiculous when there are so many other websites offering same services for free. I will obviously never use Adobe for that again and I won't recommend it to anyone.

I lost 3 hours worth of work because your page went unresponsive and would not let me save my work. I am absolutely livid and will not using your service anymore. Completely wasted my time

Dear as an old client accepted terms but please note that and check from your system and chat records seeing that I got a discount and 3Months free but only I applied for an additional discount since I can't use main all features on my ChromeOS but after only online limited feature so asked an extra discount only, not cancelling, so please recover/restart my subscription with a extra discount since of non-able to use it on pc (chromeOS), please help me for my low budget and limited usage up to Adobe start giving full service to ChromeOS too, regards, azat…
