lost all my progress
So I just spent three hours making my CV, when i clicked save as, the app in the browser stopped working. So I clicked F5 to refresh the page and lost all of my progress. Is there any way to recover the file? I am so ******* ****** off.

Compress PDF Function Not Working
The Compress PDF function is not working. It will attempt to upload the document but stop at the same number every time I try to refresh and reupload. Please fix!! Need this function to work.

currently one of our user encourting E sign access issue to solve this i contacting several times to help desk later my call us been transfer to business support team but no one is responding even if i stayed in the line for 20 minutes.
its a poor service what i faced today.

Your plan is a scam
Your new version of Acrobat Pro is absolute JUNK! I now see that I will be charged $109 if I cancel my plan, I was not aware of this but rest assured, you may continue to get my $19.95 per month but I will NEVER use another plan of yours. I will not even use this new version. I will go back to using my XI Pro that I've used and enjoyed for many years. So sorry this application has gone to the dogs!
You have destroyed my ability to convert PDF to Word. I have a premium plan at $54+ per month and as of today I am continually asked automatically by Adobe to sign up for another $19 per month for cloud options. I have no desire to have the option to the cloud and need to be able to use my account right now!
Guess I will have to cancel everything! So sad!

Sometime recently the way the Adobe sign emails have changed. The email "Title" now says Adobe Sign on Behalf of Builders Installed Products where it used to just say Builders Installed Products, this is very troubling to our customers that have used this for years, it now goes straight into their spam files.

Help implied it had no solution as I do not have an "active plan" but offered a free trial which I am using to ask a question.
My issue is that I have a small PDF which I loaded to convert to a DOCX file. It has been running for hours with no result yet.

could not organize in red
im trying to combine files and its giving me an error . "could not organize " tried renaming document, made sure all are converted pdf . restarted my computer hoping it was a glitch but still nothing. very frustrating

Frustration with how slow saving is during editing
Saving is too slow, 5 minutes and still waiting.
Really dislike Adobe, use to love it, not it is tedious to use, to save, to access. It has become cumbersome.
