1. Payment options for Jamaica

   I am trying to purchase this application form Jamaica however it not giving me the option to do so.

   I was trying with my VISA cards and Paypal, without success.

   I need to be able to use the software. Is payment not an option for Jamaicans?

2. Download Function

   Why has the 'download all' function been removed when combining files? I often have significant numbers to download and it seems that I now have to click each individual combined document where before I could select download all.

4. Complicated Adobe services tree

   As the Adobe website is very complicated, some CC features are complicated. There are so many Adobe services that with one account it's hard to understant where we're browsing, hard to find some features in sublevels… Today, I'dlike to tell you about one Acrobat / Adobe Scan feature: When I make new PDFs with Adobe Scan, they are sended in an online folder named "Adobe Document Cloud/Adobe Scan. Well, this is ok, but, as theses documents (PDF in this case) are on my Adobe account, why don't they appear in my Creative Cloud Files folder ? They are online, like my CC Files folder, but not together ! I have to open Acrobat on my computer and browse in an strange intermediate window (Adobe is not good in this kind of interface) and I have to download it. That is absolutely not obvous when you're looking on your comuter a scan you did with an app while they are connected on the same account. In fact, the real question is : Why "Document Cloud" that we find on https://documentcloud.adobe.com are not in Adobe Creative Cloud Files" (which appears on https://assets.adobe.com/files) ?
   I am such good for plannings things you know, sure I am ! Do not hesitate to ask me some skills to create a logic tree of your services. I know your headquarter won't do that, but please let his dev' teams know these kind of customer message. Best regards

7. Name change

   I cannot seem to change my last name (divorce) on my main screen. I have changed it on my profile, but it still shows up as my old last name. Sends files with my old name. Anyone have any ideas?

8. Form doesn't work - boxes act like images

   What happened to Acrobat's ability to recognize a form and set it up so that we could fill out the boxes? This is awfully cumbersome, forcing me to space over for each character. Not worth the money!

    The old interface aloud me to forward shared files including the message. This came in handy if my client deleted the email and I have to quickly re-send.

12. Not what I'd hope.

    I still find it harder to use the new interface! I would have much preferred the ability to delete folders, share more than 50 files, and include more that 1000 characters in a message!

14. Review won't convert a non-PDF to a PDF?

    Issue - The DC Review service can't convert a non-PDF to a PDF directly? Even though the DC web service can convert a non-PDF to a PDF?

    Steps:
    1) Go to documentcloud.adobe.com
    2) In Quick Start, go to "Send for Review"
    3) Drag PPTX file (Windows) from Windows desktop to web browser.
    Result: Error message "File ignored"
    Expected: Review service should be able to convert non-PDF to PDF (since DC service can do this).

19. Selecting, moving, downloading files is a joke (also i cant even see the category options in the bar below, had to click around and guess)

    The scanner is great but this website is a joke. Can't move more than 50 documents, cant download more than 50 documents, but there is no way to select just 50 or select a range of files by date. The only way seems to be clicking each individual document but guess what happens when you accidentally click a document??? It unselects all of the docs you have selected. You also can't create a folder while moving documents which should be an option (aka the first time any one goes to select and move documents but hasnt created the folder they will have to go back and individually reselect all of those docs again). There are free apps that allow for much easier manipulation of saved docs.
