Problem Saving edited PDF
Saving my pdf files is a nightmare on my laptop! It takes loads of time and it does not respond quite often so I miss my notes and edits. I thought saving or sharing it with myself in here helps to save the last version of a pdf with its notes, etc. but still the issue occurs when using the share button.

UI Improvements
In the documents, where you list all the documents, you have recent, starred, shared, Agreement. Coming from DocuSign, there are improvements that could be made from a customer perspective. See the following notes:
- You can't star agreement or agreeement templates? Why not - very strange since this one of the default choices for view.
- Another missing view is just template agreements - quickly find them to "Use" them.
- Agreements should also have a complete agreement view/filter.
- The webform is interesting but we should have choices. For example, we do rentals and the workflow should be to have the client prefill…

Terrible support system
The Support experience over the past 2 days has been like a dog chasing his tail..

Terrible aplicación un mal necesario
Estuve usando la extensión de Chrome que me parecía buena para revisar documentos y hacer comentarios, algunos textos quedaban desorientados sin embargo no era tan problemático. Hoy hice 190 comentarios en un documento y cuando intenté grabarlo solo grabó 48 de ellos, decidí iniciar sesión por si eso me ayudan a guardar los comentarios completos y el resultado fue peor ya que se borraron todos los comentarios. Adobe Acrobat no es una herramienta, es un problema muchas de las veces

PDF Crashes while working on it
I'm really tired of my PDF's crashing, freezing or getting otherwise goofy while I am trying to use them. It happens ALL.THE.TIME. Up until the last update it worked fine. All of a sudden working in PDF's is a freaking nightmare. So now I have to start over, because when I close this it is going to delete half the work I did. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

Editing Text Twice?
For some reason once I edit a pdf once, it will no longer allow me to add more text to it if I try to edit it a second time

Need copy/paste functionality
Please add copy/paste functionality. I was completed and utterly shocked that I couldn't perform these two basic functions. It made my workflow unnecessarily cumbersome and inefficient. Is this by design?

Thanks for your feedback! We haven't added copy paste of text box yet, only text selection copy/paste feature is implemented but we love the idea so much that we've begun working on it and plan to add it in coming releases. If you have any other questions, just let us know.

Tried to cancel, offered free, and now can't cancel without cancellation fee
I feel like I was tricked into this subscription. I tried to cancel in September and was offered 3 months free. I received no notice that the three months were up and find that if I cancel today December 7th (apparently December 6th was the 'cut-off'), I will be charged 80 buck cancellation fee. This makes me want to cancel all of my subscriptions both Acrobat and Lightroom at this point.
