How stop sending email to customer who's alrady signed
Adobe eSignature continues to send emails with document to be signed AFTER we have received the signed document. This is happening days and weeks after we no longer need the signature. How do I stop this from happening. It is annoying enough that I'm prepared to go to a different auto signature application.

Unfair
Why is site now asking for payment even though I have free account. This is not good business integrity.

We are sorry you feel this way, but free accounts have some limitations compared to pro accounts. That's why we encourage users to improve their Acrobat experience after some time using a free account.
For free accounts, there are several limitations you should be aware of:
1. File Size and Page Limits: The upload file size limit is 10 MB, and the total page count per transaction is capped at 100 pages [1].
2. Number of Transactions: Free accounts have a limited number of transactions they can perform. For example, the Acrobat Sign for Business (VIP) plan allows 150 transactions per user per year [2].
3. Limited Features: Some advanced features like Limited Document Visibility (LDV) are only available for enterprise license plans [3].
4. Account Sharing: Free accounts do not support advanced sharing features, which are available only to enterprise customers [4].

Why can't I print this file? I need to be able to do this. Adobe is clearly creating problems with people who work with PDFs a lot like me. This is clearly a new technology/interface and it is buggy as ****! Thanks for the frustration Adobe! (You should hear sneer in that statement)

New Adobe Acrobat much worse than before
The new version of adobe acrobat is really horrible. In the past it was one of the app I really really enjoyed using. Now, is an horrible experience every time I need it

I hate adobe
We dont want u to improve. we just want to humbly request not to mock at people who desperately wanted to edit their pdf. If you want money please beg for it before you ask someone to login. please dont waste our time. Please mention on your forehead that to edit a text you have to pay or start a trail, so everyone can see it clearly and escape from this. My God. Pathetic man..

Printing files converted to PPTx
When I go to print slides after conversion from PDF to PPtx, the option 'Print handouts 3 to a page does not work. I am forced to print one slide to a page!!

YOU SUCK ADOBE! I NEVER ASKED FOR NOR WANTED AI ASSISTANT OR YOU GATHERING MY INFO WITH THIS NEW ADD-ON AND NOW YOU MAKE ME PAY FOR IT! I HAVE BEEN LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND I WILL FIND ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE. Flaw hopefully just in emails sent to e-signature requestor
I am using Adobe Sign to get signatures on a document. I'm not sure why, but the Recipient I see in emails to me regarding sending the form and getting the form signed as well as in the Agreements In progress page is wrong and does not match the email and name I see in the form itself. I hope the doctor I have sent this to doesn't see the wrong name. He would be very upset that he is being address with a female name!

After further analysis, we see this behavior as intended for the email template which gets triggered when sender sends agreement to other recipients.

bad routing from acrobat to word for editing
I'm unable to edit a docx file in the word web application. When i click the 'edit in word' button, it opens a new tab that is unable to load with a few UI components briefly popping up and disappearing into the black background. Refreshing sends it back to the same acrobat page in a loop.

your website navigation is just horrendous. my god, it takes 10 minutes to figure out how to get to my templates for esign. jesus christ, this is EVERY SINGLE TIME. i don't come here everyday, so its a nightmare trying to navigate past all the ******** you try to get me to download or buy. just take me to my **** and stop changing where the links are. do better, you charge enough **** money you should give two ***** about your customers time and convenience

With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".
3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".
This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

This program now is horrible to use
My Adobe Acrobat worked just fine until I got a new computer. Now it does nothing, only is so complicated to use. Why? Why don't my settings transfer to new computer?

Cloud processing of some functions is not applicable to my requirements.
This is the worst product you have ever offered. The original Acrobat Pro did all of the work locally, including what you call "Organize pages." I have no need to load data to a cloud. I work alone. I'm retired and the work I do is limited to mostly to my wife and me and an occasional neighbor.
All this cloud sharing is bull****.
I prefer the original product, which you disabled my arbitrarily marking my license as invalid. I have a perpetual license for the original product that you should honor. I am forced to follow procedures that are…1 vote -

Share completed Pdfs to google drive gone.
Sharing completed PDFs to google drive or text was available in the old version. Gone from new app and terrible for my workflow.

Crashing and can't fix
the desktop app keeps crashing everytime I want to request a signature. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still does it. Then on the online app certain invoices it won't let me to e-signatures for. I don't know what's happening as it was fine last week. Please help!
