Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Its says its free so how come when I try to use it it takes me to a page where I have to subscribe? Is this just a way to get you in? What a waste of my time.

  7. Hi - I've noticed that the "Backspace" key nor the "Delete" key are affective when attempting to edit the message box prior to sending a document for signature. Makes this theing a type-writer, effectively... Please look into this!

  8. For months, I can no longer use shortcut keys (Ctrl+C) in Adobe Acrobat Pro. I have searched for resolutions, but nothing works. This is super frustrating.

  9. Fields have been created for me but some are not actually places for the signer to enter information, and when I click "Delete Field", the field will not be deleted/removed. So I have to go back to the old version which is frustrating.

  10. The acrobat product does not really work. There is way too much latency in network for this product to be useful. It takes way too much time. I tried once. Paid for another 6 or so months when not using the product because of lack of usefulness. On top of that I learned Adobe requires a cancellation fee worth around 3 months of subscription. Very poor customer experience, I would actively advise anyone to not use this very poor service, that hits you with cancellation fee. Very poor!

  11. Website not working, it says "Unable to display Recent files. Please check later." Not able to view uploaded document. I recheck my connection as well but progress bar is running without any output.

  13. I pay $20 per month for a fragmented, scewed up process that i expected to be seamless within my operating system. Fix it or I will do everything within my power to get rid of Adobe.
    Extremely frustrating.

  15. WTF happened to extract pages?

    When I try to do this I'm taken to this unhelpful URL:

    It amazes me how often you all fix things that aren't broken and in the process break them.

  16. My Signature was deleted from my Adobe Account. Your technical support team refused to help restore it. I have hundreds of saved documents in Adobe that are signed with this signature. Adobe could recover that signature from any of these documents, but refuses to help

  17. There used to be the ability to copy and paste a message into the message box, but now you have to type it in and if you make a mistake, it won't let you backspace or delete it to correct the mistake.

  18. Since the update, signatures and dates are not appearing in the spots they're supposed to be, or where the blanks appear to be before the form is sent for e-signature. Usually the signature/date is higher than the blank line, appearing in the form writing.

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

  20. Hi there, my team and I are experiencing issues with Adobe Sign documents not updating the status and signatures completed within the documents screen even though when you go into the document all signatures are completed. From the main screen the document is stuck on 'out for signature'. Can this technical issue please be investigated and fixed? thanks
