Einstellungen werden nicht synchronisiert
Leider lässt sich das synchronisieren von Einstellungen nicht aktivieren. Wenn man den Haken setzt und auf OK geht, wird die Einstellung nicht gespeichert.

Probleme mit E-Signatur
E-Signaturen werden nicht syncronisiert zwischen iPad-App -> WebApp -> Windows-Anwendung. Bitte schnell beheben, da man ansonsten keine Dokumente mehr unterzeichnen kann ohne unterschiedliche Unterschriften zu hinterlegen!
Auch kann ich aus der Windows-Anwendung heraus das Anfordern von Signaturen nicht mehr starten. Die Anwendung startet ein Dialogfenster, aber es dreht sich nur der "Wartekreis" und nichts passiert.Vielen Dank!

app crashing
acrobat for desktop is VERY VERY slow and often crashes in the middle of creating my pdf documents. very frustrating when I lose hours of work.... horrible

Overcharged
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a concerning matter regarding the charges and account management associated with my Adobe Acrobat subscription.
Over the course of my usage of Adobe Acrobat, I have encountered multiple instances of being double-charged, overcharged, and erroneously billed for cancellation fees. As the sole user of the software, it is evident that these discrepancies do not align with the terms of my subscription.

Reminder Suggestion
If I go to create a "reminder" to send to a client, it should send the reminder right away. I selected "every third day", but I want the reminder to be sent immediately upon creating the reminder as well - and not three days from creating the reminder.

unknown error when using sign
just trying to sign... it failed, so I re added my signature and it still returns and "unknown error." So annoying!

Problems with e-sign documents
There are several issues we are experiencing (and other colleagues have experienced this as well!):
Now that you can add multiple documents to an e-sign (finally!), it often puts the wrong document into the new window that allows you to add a document. I have had this happen numerous times.
When you get to the window with the message portion, you cannot backspace and make corrections in the "message" box. You have to add info in to the title of the document which is then replicated in the message portion. There's no way to add additional info without the ability…1 voteHi,

No signature status on the home screen for received signature requests
Why can't I see the status of signature requests in the file listing? Seems like table stakes to me - all 3 other esign solutions I use do this!

About the new updates on signature panel
Hi, I think Adobe updated last month and now the signature panel does not work properly. First of all, most of the time it gives error when you open the signature panel and the system closes every adobe pages. Secondly when you open the signature panel, you lost some of the filled information on the file. And the system automatically allow you to sign when you are one of the signer part before, now you need to wait for the mail and then open it and sign the document. This is totally wasting time. Same thing happens for the ordering…

I'm experiencing issues accessing Pro plan features on the web version
I am unable to use the features included in the Pro plan on the web version. Despite refreshing the page multiple times and even re-entering the site, the functionalities remain inaccessible. However, I tried using them in the app, and there were no issues.

Lack of service
I hate Adobe and want to cancel 1 of my plans. It's impossible to get to the email address I want to cancel, you keep showing me the addrress I wanty ot keep. FFS, is it impossible to have someone that is actuaslly a person help me?
