There is no option to contact an email address or phone number for Adobe and the help is just a series of links. This is terrible customer service.2 votes -
Inconsistent Tool
I am frequently getting errors that I have reached my max limit when I have NOT used the tool.... disappointing.

In general, Acrobats products help me a lot in my work
This is mainly to avoid modifying text files. So PDF files are safe compared to other text editors

Still can not access documents sent to me via link even after creating an account. This is affecting the firm's business.

Request for refund
I stated with a free trial and was late in cancelling so I accepted the first monthly payment and went into my account and cancelled the plan. I have just been charged a second month and I would request a refund.

Adobe License is not being recognized
Stop pop ups to license your software when my subscription is up to date. I cannot use my software, it is malfunctioning.

Need a notification when Done button is selected by proofers
Is there a way to get a notification when someone hits the Done button? It's inefficient to keep checking the file to see if proofers are finished.

Toolbar disappeared on right?
My toolbar is not appearing on the right to be able to remind/cancel/etc the document- why is that? It used to be that I could help that by coming back in and out of the document but even that is not helping currently. Very frustrating!

Program problem!
The desktop version omits subtitles while printing. When I print from the online site, it prints correctly, but not on the desktop. Why am I paying for a product that doesn't work properly>

a good product is now rubbish
I need to be able to see how to save my resulting DCX document back to my computer or to another location otherwise it is useless to me. Not sure what I am now paying for. I have no interest in Adobe cloud storage The PDF converter used to be a good product when I could access it from Adobe Acrobat. Expensive as I rarely use it but invaluable

Adobe extended my free trial - i did not realize this also obligated me to a cancellation fee -
while i am sure it was in the fine print it still felt like a bait and switch.1 vote
