For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Hello, I would like to unsubscribe from your service. It doesn't do what I thought it did. I understand is you bill me for this month, as I did attempt to use the tool, but please consider this notice (dated today, May 8,2019) that I am ending my subscription to your service.   7. Hi! When I go to export my PDFs after using fill and sign to input text, the formatting of the text gets messed up. Everything seems to be shifting up one tick on export. It is really frustrating because I'm trying to make beautiful documents for my clients to sign for official record and even when I take the time to go in manually and readjust everything I'll find out it has shifted again. Can you please try to create total visual consistency between the data input UI and PDF exports? See attached file as a reference. It looks terrible…

  8. The send for signature option in my Document Cloud continues to simply not work (the screen is brief, but it appears to say that "it is not available at this time") I send out several contracts a week, and I have had this problem at all hours of the day. It has been a drain on my productivity and is costing me clients. I love this product, but I need it to work properly.

  9. I was not able to organized a group of pages after I inserted a page into the document. I looked online for help and read the instructions, and it seems like I did everything right, but the program did not organized my pages. This feature does not appear to be working properly.

  11. Navigation is not good! I used to be able to share pictures and then easily go back to the parent folder. Now I have to go back to the root, then into the parent folder in order to share pictures from the next event. :-(

  12. You can show how to edit text in a pdf document, showing changes in red. I can't find this option and am about to cancel my subscription - it shouldn't be this difficult!

  13. This new update is extremely disheartening. I was just on a call asking for assistance and the software update failed to include some very essential components. I ask the individual who was assisting me and it seemed as though he was not familiar with the new update himself nor did it seem that he understood what I needed assistance with. I want to know if there is a way to separate templates, signed agreements, drafts, and those agreements waiting to be signed. Also, It seems as though I have to click on every agreement to figure out who it was…

  14. ITS HORRENDOUS! Its insane how horrible this product is. i HAD BARELY LEARNT WHERE TO FIND MY FILES UNDER THE "MANAGE" TAB. now all of that is gone, without notice! in the new interface, you dont even know who is the one that has signed the document. You should be ashamed with this product. I cant wait to move on.

  19. Interested in how to cancel service due to new layout. Want billing to be pro-rated and want credit for remainder of time left on plan. Do not want to pay for this service anymore, the new layout has ruined it for me. I have been using this since 2012 when it was still EchoSign. You have lost a once-loyal customer over this terrible terrible layout change. I do not feel like you will listen to customers and offer an option to revert to the old style.   20. Online Document cloud is ridiculously slow loading.

    • Way too many loading errors. it makes using the platform Extremely FRUSTRATING!

    -Adobe Sign doesn't even load sometimes which ******* me off because I can't get the work done that I need to do.
