Imcompatibility of PC/MAC and Online Version
So, the documentcloud is not compatible with the PC version, right? I had to open a government document but it doesn't open as it does when using the Mac or PC version. Why?

New Tools Home Page Is Garbage
I recently would log into my Adobe Sign account and it would take me directly to the form. Now it takes me to this Adobe tools page I care nothing about and wastes my time while I find the Sign tool.

Confusing UX
I signed up the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription, but when I sign into adobe main page, it doesn't show me what I am have subscriptions. When I go the PDF & e-signatures tab, the explicit reason I signed up for the service, there is still no indication that I am currently subscribed to the service. In fact, there is still the buy link on the page.
This is super confusing. Users who have subscriptions should immediately see they have subscriptions and not be prompted again.
Also the "upload a file" on the documentcloud home page seems like the single…

as per my plan cloud storage should be 20GB but it is showing 2GB and files are not being uploaded on the cloud.

Bad help experience
I just had a very bad experience with one of your support people - Felicity. She was never rude or impolite but the experience was horrible. Once we screen shared and she had control of my machine, it appeared she was just 'fiddling' and 'guessing' about how to accomplish what I was asking. She also gave no warning when she took over control and didn't allow me to type in the chat. Combine Not Working
Combine Files isn't working. I upload two files, select both, but Combine options stays grayed out. I've tried selecting whole documents and individual pages, to no avail.

[Feature request] An option to invert currently selected pages
In 'Edit' menu, under 'Deselect All', please add an 'Invert Selection' option which would deselect currently selected pages and select currently non-selected pages. This is easier than typing page numbers manually.
