Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. YOur companyh is kknowingly cheating people. Y9our reps refuse to refund my money even though your product does not work for most of my pdf files. They say it doesn;t matter if yuor product does not work.

  5. Adobe DC documents are moving very slowly where it freeze up frequently. Is there a known internal issue with Adobe as our organization has not been able to resolve.

  6. It would be great if you could search the comments. We do proofing on documents, and there are often 100+ comments, each with a comment chain beneath it. The email notifications don't take you directly to the comment. If you could search by keyword, that could help a person locate the comment that they're looking for.

I'm almost certain no one with decision making ability over at Adobe is going to care, but regardless, I'm just incredulous at the way you advertise a "Free PDF Editor", whcih comes up as the top result on a Google search as exactly that. It has a friendly upload button to upload your PDF to "start editing", so I do that, but oh suddenly no no, before I can continue I need to sign in or create an account. Ok, I say, that's really annoying, but I have an account, so I sign in. It takes me into the PDF…

  8. Your desktop application, would not let me sign out into my other account because it kept prompting me to upgrade or try a free trial.

    Seriously? I PAY for the service and can't even log into my PAID ACCOUNT because you guys make it so the only option is to upgrade the current account. No option to change accounts, NOTHING in terms of FAQs or help for this.

    Honestly amazes me a company like adobe can't figure this out. So simple, HAVING PAID USERS ABLE LOG INTO THEIR ACCOUNTS WITH OUT BEING BLOCKED BY A "GIVE ME MORE MONEY" dialogue.

  13. When is Adobe going to upgrade this badly designed and built piece of rubbish?
    The page takes over a minute to load properly before I can do anything. The interface is slow and clunky (maybe implement drag and drop?). It feels like I'm taking a great leap backwards to 1993.
    Come on Adobe, you're better than this

  16. This whole "pay per Adobe feature" that used to exist for free in previous versions really sucks. I'm disappointed in your product and will not be purchasing anything, instead it will just cost me effort to find free workarounds onine

  17. Receiver of E-sign request is experience errors ("Network Error") and perceived slowness in switching to Management screen after signing documents and loading documents.
    I understand there may be issues with Firewall and other security applications in place that could limit throughput, but Esign is an important service for enterprises and would hope some promotion to white-list appropriate websites providing this service would be communicated.
