Signatures on forwarded documents really small
Really really frustrating....Bizarrely when sent by others, my signature and initials are showing up in documents in really small image. It is not my signature which fills the signature so some bug in the formatting. Wish I could contact someone but seems that it is almost impossible to find a chat....

How about Google Drive Workspace for a connected cloud storage account? I use that more than our OneDrive account.

Creating Link not working
The create link is not working. I'm trying to create a link for 73KB file and it is not creating. Is there any limit on file size?. Could you please fix this looks like a bug

Can't simply upload and share docs
I can't tell you how much trouble I have navigating the Acrobat UI in order to simply upload and share documents. I'm an Adobe employee and an MIT graduate and I find these things nearly impossible to figure out in either the Acrobat app or the Acrobat site. I want to do what I could easily do with Adobe Send: (a) create a folder, (b) upload several docs into the folder, (c) select the docs I want to share externally, preferably as a link in one email. Downloadable signature
When using Adobe Sign in the Chrome browser and during the process of review and sign, I was able to download my pre-saved signature as a PNG. Perhaps that shouldn't be accessible?

Thanks for your feedback. If you have saved your signature it should be available to use it while reviewing and signing an agreement. You can check if it is listed under Account > Personal Preferences > My Signature section.

uw informatie is bijzonder verwarrend. Ik had gebruik gemaakt van uw aanbieding van een pakket voor ca 89,- (ik weet bedrag niet meer exact) en kreeg toen een factuur voor 149.-.
Deze heb ik geannuleerd, waarop ik een bericht kreeg dat de facturering van 89,- werd geannuleerd. Is dat een sales strategie? Zo ja, dan werkt die niet. Het wekt vooral irritaties op.1 vote -
Undo button
An Undo button is needed, please. This is so common in so many platforms that I'm lazy & reliant on the undo button. Largely because like many of us, I'm overworked anD busy and that means mistake prone. It would be great to be able to undo 3x if possible. However, an Undo 1x button is urgently needed, please. Online conversion creates LOSSY images
Online conversion quality is horrible! Using JPG algorithms to convert PNG line art to PDF is like making a chocolate cake out of mud.
Too much lossy quality around the edges of letters lines and borders.

No ability to add comments?
When using Adobe sign. Is there anyway for a signer to add comments before adding their signature? This would vastly improve the functionality as opposed to just adding a signature.

******* Terrible software to use. it has caused me nothing but problems with just the smallest of task. I wish WISH I could go back in-time and stop myself from making the mistake of using this software and save myself the money and all the headaches. I have gotten from using this software. In my opinion get a different software program save yourself before its to late. Customer support won't be able to help more than telling the same thing you are tying.

Use Link text that equals software to be downloaded.
If I am paying for Adobe Acrobat Pro, the link should read, "Get Adobe Acrobat Pro desktop" not "Get Acrobat DC desktop". That implies, to me, Reader, not Pro.
