For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Adobe Sign Templates-Frequently disappear

    My Adobe Sign templates consistently disappear. This is like the umteenth time now. I feel like every 60 days or so they're just gone.
    Any remedies? Im sure it will be difficult to replicate as I've been told in the past but its the one feature I lean on.

  2. bad signer UX

    wow switched from HelloSign because they're down and your UX is horrible! I put myself as a signer on a new client contract and there's no CTA for me to sign, nor was there an option to have me sign before sending it out despite a button that read "Sign then Send"

    How do I sign this agreement?!?!?

  3. Shared commenting Auto vertical centre

    Comment details on right of screen do not line up with the page displayed. The forced vertical centre of the comment details makes reviewing very difficult.

  8. Dates not sorted by YEAR

    OMG, you HAVE to do something about the dates. I am seeing document from October 2018 appearing in my RECENT documents. Please get the YEAR included in the date so that recent means recent, not the same day from years ago.

    My PDf's are not sharing properly, something is always missing when i share a link to the file.. I am starting to have to many issues with this program.

    The end of the page was writting which should have been converted to image but changed to a weird script? Also formatting is messed up.

  14. Document feedback online

    Please provide a method to see properties for size and also the scale of file being veiwed online.

    Display scale is always visible in desktop app and file dimensions are viewable with a simple roll-over.

  18. Your new UI sucks

    Your new layout is terrible. How do I resend a document for signature? I've looked everywhere - this is literally the most basic functionality of Adobe Sign and I can't find it. Terrible UI

  19. Cambio di piano

    Dopo aver effettuato un cambio di piano da Adobe Acrobat Pro ad Adobe Acrobat Standard e aver regolarmente pagato la prima fattura mensile del piano annuale, non mi riesce più di accedere, mi compare una scritta in rosso con triangolo "pericolo" quando tento di scaricarlo che dice "Questa app non è al momento disponibile per la tua piattaforma".

    need apps to sync on Mac computer for offline or open quickly even when online.

    and also mobile apps cache features for the same porposes.
