For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

This information will help us reproduce the issue. Were you using a shared file or a personal file? Did the tab remain inactive for an extended period while you were adding comments? Additionally, when posting the comment, did the UI display any errors on the screen?

  2. The new e sign is not working properly. Whether I have a prefilled form or fill it out in the cloud file, when I click on e signature, the program is inserting text fields in my form and overwriting the data I have typed in. I have sent test forms for signatures and the forms are blank.

  5. HATE the new format. Has increased the amount of work threefold. Impossible to use. Not easy to use. Makes life difficult. Does not work for me. Will now have to look for another software to get our documents e-signed. No advance warning of this change. Very, very annoyed.

  6. HATE THE NEW ESIGNATURE REQUESTS!!! this section has changed and I cannot work out how to add additional documents to this like the old version used to be able to do. Also where do I add comments and document titles. I really don't like this new format and the 'instructions' and videos are vague and inadequate. Very frustrating!!!

  7. Hola! Quede enamorada de los diseño 😍 y lo mejor de todo es que captaste mi idea súper bien realmente estoy impresionada y muy contenta

    Primer diseño: me gustaría hacer un cambio de color en el tono rojo me encantaría que la bolsita fuese mas barbie rosita claro, ame el anaranjado. Me parece perfecto el diseño solo que cambiaria ese color y no sabría si afectara con el color de atrás. Esperó haberme explicado bien 🤭

    Segundo diseño: Mi favorito! El tono rosa me gustaría mas suave al igual que el anaranjado para mi esta algo fuerte y no puedo…

  9. Functionality for E-Sign features have seemed to disappear. Half the time I get forced into legacy view, honestly I would prefer to have the option to switch.

    Adobe Acrobat's web interface is very buggy. Most of the time I cannot open or edit files without follow a very specific flow. For example, If I click on a Bulk send agreement draft in Recents and choose to edit it, it freezes. I have to go through the E-sign menu or create an all new bulk send most of the time.

  11. Why won't you exclusively show me the services that are included in my plan?
    I click on "Access Services" from my account and I often click on something that is listed under "My Services" that requires me to upgrade my account to use it.
    Don't show me something that requires an upgrade! Show me what is included in my package!

  12. I edit files on online by connecting OneDrive. However, when I edit the file first time, it is saved automatically and works properly, but after the first edit(hightlight, etc) the following error message occurs and the document cannot be saved.
    'Cannot read property 'code' of undefined'. I wonder this is a recent error, because I have used Adobe Acrobat in this way without a trouble since now. Thanks for your help!

La actualización en la solicitud de firmas electronicas tiene cambios que no ayudan en agilizar el proceso de envio a firma, Por el contrario genera mas demora, tengo dos temas especificos, en la selección de correos tengo que ingresar uno por uno y tengo que dar clic en la opcion agregar destinatario, en la versión anterior copiaba y pegaba la lista de correo y listo. el otro punto complicado esta en la seleccion de firmas para agregar los recuadros, tengo que desplegar una lista o agregar campos y luego darle clic para cambiar el destinatario, en la versión anterior solo…

    Puede regresar a la versión anterior si sigue los siguientes pasos:

    1. De click en la foto de su perfil
    2. Seleccione configuración
    3. En la sección "Configuración de firma electrónica" desmarque la palomita de la casilla
    4. De click en Guardar y espere la confirmación

    Ahora todos los nuevos borradores de acuerdo que cree a partir de este cambio se crearan usando la versión anterior. Esperamos seguir recibiendo sus comentarios sobre las futuras actualizaciones!

  18. For example, in documents written in vertical Japanese text, pages are generally displayed in right-to-left order. Currently, however, pages can only be displayed in left-to-right page order, and there is no way to optimize the page order for a language. A option is needed (it already exists in desktop application).
