For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Your program doesn't work anymore!

    I select Request e-signatures and then get one of the many pages I want to bring over and it goes immediately into add email and name mode and ready to send.... but I need to add 6 more pages. I go in to EDIT and try to add pages and it brings them in but I can't read the tiny thumbnails to confirm they are the right pages. Then I say save and I get two errors at the bottom of the page.

    This program has only gotten worse since I first started with it.…

  3. We have now been told by several of our clients that they aren't receiving their e-signing email from Adobe until over a week later? This obviously disrupts our business significantly.

    Hi Carli,

    We are sorry you are having trouble with this feature. Could you provide more information about this issue please? For example, if is with just emails outside your organization that are having this issue, also if the agreements are not getting redirected to spam or if they didn't get lost in their inbox, if you are getting the confirmation email that the agreement has been sent and any other information that you might deem important.

  6. I'm guessing you recently in the last few days did an update to the E-Signature feature. In my opinion, you significantly broke the product. I have documents where I use "fields" to identify and quickly setup intent. Those no longer work. Here's an example: {{Siges:signer1:signature}}. This used to setup the field without my intervention. I also don't see the ability to
    manage the size / shape of the fields. I now have to drag each and BTW, it's not easy to put the mouse in the EXACT spot you want. I'm very dissatisfied.

    We are sorry you are having trouble with this feature and we appreciate your feedback. In Acrobat web you can go back to the previous version with the following steps:

    1. Click on your profile
    2. Select Settings
    3. In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
    4. Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast

    This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting

  7. Allowing the read aloud on iPads. I can access it on my computer using the online site but an unable to on my tablet or when I download the app. It’s inconsistent and makes the program unreliable.

This information will help us reproduce the issue. Were you using a shared file or a personal file? Did the tab remain inactive for an extended period while you were adding comments? Additionally, when posting the comment, did the UI display any errors on the screen?

  9. The new e sign is not working properly. Whether I have a prefilled form or fill it out in the cloud file, when I click on e signature, the program is inserting text fields in my form and overwriting the data I have typed in. I have sent test forms for signatures and the forms are blank.

  12. HATE the new format. Has increased the amount of work threefold. Impossible to use. Not easy to use. Makes life difficult. Does not work for me. Will now have to look for another software to get our documents e-signed. No advance warning of this change. Very, very annoyed.

  13. HATE THE NEW ESIGNATURE REQUESTS!!! this section has changed and I cannot work out how to add additional documents to this like the old version used to be able to do. Also where do I add comments and document titles. I really don't like this new format and the 'instructions' and videos are vague and inadequate. Very frustrating!!!

  14. Hola! Quede enamorada de los diseño 😍 y lo mejor de todo es que captaste mi idea súper bien realmente estoy impresionada y muy contenta

    Primer diseño: me gustaría hacer un cambio de color en el tono rojo me encantaría que la bolsita fuese mas barbie rosita claro, ame el anaranjado. Me parece perfecto el diseño solo que cambiaria ese color y no sabría si afectara con el color de atrás. Esperó haberme explicado bien 🤭

    Segundo diseño: Mi favorito! El tono rosa me gustaría mas suave al igual que el anaranjado para mi esta algo fuerte y no puedo…

  16. Functionality for E-Sign features have seemed to disappear. Half the time I get forced into legacy view, honestly I would prefer to have the option to switch.

    Adobe Acrobat's web interface is very buggy. Most of the time I cannot open or edit files without follow a very specific flow. For example, If I click on a Bulk send agreement draft in Recents and choose to edit it, it freezes. I have to go through the E-sign menu or create an all new bulk send most of the time.

  18. Why won't you exclusively show me the services that are included in my plan?
    I click on "Access Services" from my account and I often click on something that is listed under "My Services" that requires me to upgrade my account to use it.
    Don't show me something that requires an upgrade! Show me what is included in my package!

  19. I edit files on online by connecting OneDrive. However, when I edit the file first time, it is saved automatically and works properly, but after the first edit(hightlight, etc) the following error message occurs and the document cannot be saved.
    'Cannot read property 'code' of undefined'. I wonder this is a recent error, because I have used Adobe Acrobat in this way without a trouble since now. Thanks for your help!
