Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. Hard to tell which comment bubble goes with which comment. The highlighting should be more obvious and happen right away. Ditch the subtle animation on the talk bubble. Takes too much mental energy to process when I need to focus on the changes.

  4. When I resolve comments, they don't disappear from the list like the way commenting works in google docs. I have to refresh the screen to get them to hide.

  8. Do not require all documents to be upload and automatically saved to "My Files" There are some documents that just need edited and saved physically not adobes online storage. This should be a setting where you can turn off auto save.

  9. add the ability to edit the text fields online. I am running on an old computer for work and down want to download adobe acrobat (which i'm forced to the install creative cloud and all the other software that I don't want) Just make the web version as capable as the desktop app please and thank you

  12. An issue has been coming up very often, where the document never autosaves, and I cannot find a way to manually save. This means I must exit the pdf and restart my annotation, which is extremely frustrating. Please fix this.

    Could you provide more details about this? Do you mean that after you put your signature in the file it cannot be saved? Or you cannot save a copy? Also could you provide a screenshot if there's a error message?

  15. Cannot open signed Adobe Sign documents. It is telling the file is corrupt for every document in the account. This is not correct and is clearly an error within the Adobe system. It just started happening this week.

    Could you provide more details on how/where you opened the Adobe Sign documents, as well as the name of one of such documents and when it's signed so we can look into it? 

    It'd also be helpful if you could provide us a screenshot of the error.

  16. when document is open and I chooose request esignatures, it goes to a blank pg. I must go to 'documents' tab and request esignature from there. This did not happen in the past. New glitch

Estoy usando este excelente producto, pero en las actuales circunstancias, no lo requiero para negocio, sino ocasionalmente para editar algun documento, principalmente por ahorro de papel, porque lo he hecho a la antigua; imprimiendo, cambiando (agregando oo borrando y volviendo a scanear, pero se utiliza de mi parte mucho papel, es posible para por cada utiliacion, sean una o dos por mes. Gracias por su atencion.

  18. Your policy of 2 devices per Acrobat Pro license is disgustingly greedy and completely out of sync with the industry at large. Who the **** uses only two compute devices today ? I use three computers, two iPads and my phone. I constantly have to log into my Dashlane password manager that works flawlessly to get into your site on Chrome when I might buy something but when I try and access a file because I want to open it I have to cut and past e my email and password into the forms so I can disable one of…

  19. Why can't I filter out resolved comments in shared review? the only filter choice SHOWS all resolved when I'd rather do the opposite. I'd rather hide all the resolved comments (Like you can do in the desktop app)

    and why are the two so different? Adobe you've really gone downhill.
