For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Thank you for your feedback. Currently, whenever you highlight something, the tool is reset to the Select Tool. However, we have taken your feedback into consideration, and our team is actively working on addressing this issue as a top priority.

  4. Request e-signatures is not functional on either the desktop app or the web app. Support is non-existent by chat, telephone, or otherwise. AI generated support does not address the issue. Zero satisfaction with Request e-signatures feature and related support.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. You can print a document using "Print this file" option available under triple dot menu in topbar. You can also use key-board shortcut "Ctrl+P" to do the same.

  6. Hello,
    I have some hardships I am experiencing with Adobe today. I have been working for about 2 hours now to try and compile a file to send for signature. It is very time consuming to delete out the auto populated fields I don't need (in the past, I could just hit the delete key and It went quickly), the file keeps erring out on me which results in kicking me out of it. I then have to log out of the website entirely and log back in to try and work on it again. It does not save my…

  7. Im really hating the new Adobe Sign Request Signature function. Its really not efficient at all. It takes me twice as long now to prepare a document for signatures. There should be a setting we can choose to leave our default on the older version should we so choose, instead of being forced into the new version, then to search for how to switch to legacy versions. Not a happy chappy here.

  9. We have now been told by several of our clients that they aren't receiving their e-signing email from Adobe until over a week later? This obviously disrupts our business significantly.

For example, if is with just emails outside your organization that are having this issue, also if the agreements are not getting redirected to spam or if they didn't get lost in their inbox, if you are getting the confirmation email that the agreement has been sent and any other information that you might deem important.

La actualización en la solicitud de firmas electronicas tiene cambios que no ayudan en agilizar el proceso de envio a firma, Por el contrario genera mas demora, tengo dos temas especificos, en la selección de correos tengo que ingresar uno por uno y tengo que dar clic en la opcion agregar destinatario, en la versión anterior copiaba y pegaba la lista de correo y listo. el otro punto complicado esta en la seleccion de firmas para agregar los recuadros, tengo que desplegar una lista o agregar campos y luego darle clic para cambiar el destinatario, en la versión anterior solo…

    Puede regresar a la versión anterior si sigue los siguientes pasos:

    1. De click en la foto de su perfil
    2. Seleccione configuración
    3. En la sección "Configuración de firma electrónica" desmarque la palomita de la casilla
    4. De click en Guardar y espere la confirmación

    Ahora todos los nuevos borradores de acuerdo que cree a partir de este cambio se crearan usando la versión anterior. Esperamos seguir recibiendo sus comentarios sobre las futuras actualizaciones!

  13. I used to live in russia. That was, thankfully, a long time ago. Since then I became an Irish citizen and live in Ireland. I wanted to use the Adobe service but the website shows me it cannot process a request for a free trial as if I'm still in russia. that would be tragic. Please consider giving users an option if they are not in the sanctioned countries. I donate money to Ukraine. Probably I registered an Adobe account a long time ago when I used to live there (>10 years ago).

  17. It's stupid UX, I uploaded file to compress without sign-in. system shows me that file compressed but no link to download, then I signed-in, and when I compress same file I error file was compressed without any link where to download. It so unclear how to do such simple action

  19. Totally disappointed to see charges to my card despite cancelling subscriptions. Just learned I am being charged for photoshop. Fantastic. Please cancel all subscriptions and stop charging my card. Never coming back again

  20. It lost comments/notes I made on 138 pages of reading!!!!! Maybe make it so that doesn't happen. I even tried saving the comments, and they are gone. Now I get to spend my birthday weekend reading. Thanks. This is wonderful.
