2. Can't Edit Adobe Web Forms Pages

   Hi, we have been using adobe Web Forms for over a year now and can't complain except we hope there is a way to edit its pages. We hope you can go in to an existing web form and add, remove pages of it.

   Currently, yes you can edit a web form but only the text, signature fields etc. and not the pages.

   We have application forms (onboarding forms) that have 30 to 40 + pages that are constantly changing due to policy changes etc. What's happening is that once they are created and need changes, I cannot add, remove pages and can only do it from scratch again, which is very time consuming.

   I would appreciate any help.

3. AI Assistant needs a cancel button

   I cannot express how absolutely blind Adobe is as to the needs of the consumer... Or else me and everyone I know are all idiots who don't know what we want.... I want my program to allow me to edit text without constantly having my AI Assistant spinning and slowing down everything while it tries to help... it finally pops up saying it's splitting my document...? I say "Please edit and replace ____ word with ___ word"..... It says sorry I can't help. Then go the **** away, because you're not AI...

4. Jpg to PDF Conversion Quality Unacceptable

   This is a screen shot of my jpg and the pdf conversion AFTER I told Acrobat not to reduce quality upon upload. 1.79mg to 435kb. It is unacceptable for printing and I CANNOT find PDF/X preference because tutorials don't match reality.

   tengo un pdf que nesecito terminar de urgencia y el programa simplemente no me permite editarlo, me deja editar otros pero este solo se congela en "preparando archivo", la verdad me haran perder un trabajo por esto. me desuscribo y buscare otra herramienta

8. Title of the documents for e-signature

   Hello, when we send multiple documents for e-signature, the file name by default appears as "binder agreement". I always rename it to the name I would prefer however, the edited name is never accepted. The documents once sent for e-signature will revert back to "binder". Can this be resolved? It appears very weird that the client receiving the document for signature receive it as "binder" for signature.

10. Links timing out

    My recipient David Granado cannot open the w9 and direct deposit links i sent him. He says it times out. I tried texting your AI bot, but it's useless. Is this a browser issue from my recipient or are the links bad?

12. Suspending comments after PDF has been shared with general link

    Currently, in the web UI for Adobe Acrobat, if you've allowed comments by sharing the document via a general link (rather than sending specific invitations), the only way to disable comments at a particular point in time is to unshare the document entirely. A more useful and user-friendly approach would be similar to the proof functionality in Workfront, where even if you've shared the PDF/document with a general link (or a combo of general link and invitations), at a certain point in time, you can suspend further commenting while still allowing collaborators to access the PDF. If they access the PDF after commenting has been suspending, the UI should have elements that make it clear to them why they can no longer add comments, as they would see in Workfront. But they would still be able to see the comments, see the PDF, and download the PDF if they wish.

    Juegos Inflables, acuáticos y tradiciones: ¿Cuántos de cada uno y en qué localidad?
    ¿Tendrán monitores/operarios por parte del oferente? En caso de ser sí, ¿estarán debidamente identificados para que los asistentes puedan verlos?
    Servicio de amplificación, escenario y generador: Características técnicas de la amplificación, tamaño y materialidad del escenario, potencia del generador (KVA)

14. PDF comment resolution in web UI is buggy

    I believe the feature for resolving comments in a PDF in the web UI is flawed. After I resolve comments, very often I will return to the document and they're not resolved. I can confirm I'm looking at the latest/refreshed PDF in the UI, and I'm certain my collaborators have not unresolved the comments.

15. "Pro" vs "Premium" shouldn't exist

    This is all getting so confusing and frustrating. Why are you separating the online versions from the native ones? I already signed up for "Premium" on my phone, and then I realize that I'd have to pay another $30 for "Pro" to ********* my computer. Just have ONE service priced in the middle of both, for the love of GOD!

16. Helpful features for Acrobat in document cloud

    Hello, I'm a Acrobat power user, spending much of my working day in the application. I've recently begun using the document cloud for collaboration around PDFs (multiple collaborators performing reviews and annotating using the Comments pane). It is really great! A few features that would make it more useful:

    • Ability to search for comments by text string (like in the installed application)
    • Ability to copy a link directly to a comment (like you can do with an "update" message in Workfront)
    • Ability to set the status of a comment (like in the installed application: Approved, Rejected, Cancelled, None, etc.)
    • For PDFs uploaded to document cloud that already have comments with statuses, the hidden status annotations should not appear in the Comments pane as separate comments, but should be hidden (and ideally integrated with a feature that sets the status of a comment)

    Anyway, thanks for considering these ideas, and great job on the product so far. I'll be looking forward to seeing further improvements/features as you continue working on it!

18. Acrobat Pro hangs in flatting for printing

    I hate the Acrobat Pro subscrption! It is not consistant with desktop version. It's slow to print, because it now has to flatten pdf. It is not user friendly.

19. Requesting E-signature process

    The new way of processing Requesting E-Signatures is honestly terrible. I am not sure why the beginning of the process was changed whenever you upload the files, another screen would prompt with adding recipients, then adding your message to go along with the document. It takes way longer now when doing mass requests. Please revert back to the previous process.

20. Word to PDF conversion issues (online and desktop)

    Adobe conversion from Word documents to PDFs is not converting graphics correctly. It does not convert using online version, desktop version, and a plain save to PDF from Microsoft Word. This has been going on for 2 years now and is extremely annoying. What is happening is colors are not rendering and some text is not rendering well.
