7. Arnaque à la résiliation et à la facturation

   Adobe gratuit est une arnaque. Vous pouvez résilier mais si vous ne faites pas très attention plusieurs achats courent en même temps et tout est fait pour que vous oubliez des marches à suivre. Pour ma part je viens d être facture de 23,99€ alors que j'ai résilié le même jour que l essai gratuit. Or tel que c'est proposé j'ai résilié l assistant IA pour adobe et à aucun moment je n'ai vu de proposition pour un abonnement à adobe acrobat pro. La résiliation à eu lieu le 15 pour un achat le 6 avril. Normalement je devrais être remboursée des 23.99€ car je n ai pas dépassé les 15 jours d essai. Cette approche est une véritable arnaque et de nombreuses personnes doivent se faire avoir. Pour moi se sera l unique et ultime demande d essai gratuit. De plus il est impossible de voir l état des remboursements. Encore une arnaque ?
   Bref site très peu fiable géré par une bande de voleurs et des escrocs qui profitent de la méconnaissable du site pour taxer des clients qui ont pourtant tout fait pour résilier. Je déconseille vivement

    the desktop version made my mostly text PDF look like ****, so I'm trying the online PDF compressor. It's been "compressing" my file for at least 5min...I'm over it! this really shouldn't be so hard.

15. Can't Edit Adobe Web Forms Pages

    Hi, we have been using adobe Web Forms for over a year now and can't complain except we hope there is a way to edit its pages. We hope you can go in to an existing web form and add, remove pages of it.

    Currently, yes you can edit a web form but only the text, signature fields etc. and not the pages.

    We have application forms (onboarding forms) that have 30 to 40 + pages that are constantly changing due to policy changes etc. What's happening is that once they are created and need changes, I cannot add, remove pages and can only do it from scratch again, which is very time consuming.

16. AI Assistant needs a cancel button

    I cannot express how absolutely blind Adobe is as to the needs of the consumer... Or else me and everyone I know are all idiots who don't know what we want.... I want my program to allow me to edit text without constantly having my AI Assistant spinning and slowing down everything while it tries to help... it finally pops up saying it's splitting my document...? 17. Jpg to PDF Conversion Quality Unacceptable

    This is a screen shot of my jpg and the pdf conversion AFTER I told Acrobat not to reduce quality upon upload. 1.79mg to 435kb. It is unacceptable for printing and I CANNOT find PDF/X preference because tutorials don't match reality.
