New Website Design
Is it possible to revert back to the previous design of the website?
I don't think the new design is user friendly. With the old design it was easier to use as all agreements were categorised, ie:
- Out for signature
- Cancelled
- Signed agreements
If this is a feature that is available in the new design, please can you make it more obvious as to how to categorise the agreements. With the new new design, all agreements are just listed which is not efficient when you want to quickly check your agreements that you need to follow up…3 votes -
Sending another document
After I send a document to be signed I can not click "send another document" as in previous versions of this website. I can only click "track Agreement" I have to go to home and then to apps and then "send for signature" its a real pain that didn't use to happen.

Manage section for Adobe Sign is terrible
Such a disappointing update. There is absolutely no way for me to keep track of my sent sign agreements as they all look the same in the list - see snippet. Everything takes me a million times longer as there is no way for me to search for a particular agreement, I have to click on them one by one to see which one I'm looking at. There' no way for me to modify my tabs (e.g. add a 'receiver' tab), or anything along those lines. Absolute ****.

Cannot attach PDF to our system in this format.
We cannot attach this document in our agency management system as we could when the document was a pdf on an email.
How can we solve this without converting the document and then attaching? This is too many steps for the amount of documents we handle.3 votes -

New update is unworkable and I cannot run my business. Adobe is costing me money.
The new update is terrible. I cannot move the window anywhere. The minimize and close buttons don't work. The program is absolutely useless now. I can't even right click to snap it left or right. and clicking the x or minimize just affects the program behind it. This is not workable and I need to use this to run my business. fix this now.

eSign document email messages
Email message sent out with documents to be signed are no where to be found. It would be nice to see the message sent with a document for signature.

REVERT HOMEPAGE
The experience for sending for signature has been absolutely ruined. Who thought it would be a brilliant idea to remove the simple button that says "Send another document"? The new UI is convoluted, but that would be excusable if that one simple button was still there. Now you need to reload to the home page, then load up the sending page again. An additional step introduced for absolutely no reason.

PDF PACK: Ability to create PDFs from MS Publisher
I use very few Acrobat features, but the one I really need is the ability to create PDFs from MS Publisher for commercial printing. It would be helpful if I could do this using the PDF Pack since it allows conversion of MS Word and Excel docs.

No load, dark screen
Hi, your merge pdf option in web browser does not load. It is a black screen with no selectable on it. Please fix this otherwise there's no point in me or my colleagues paying for this service.

problem with diacritics
Hi, in the web Fill & Sign feature, saving and downloading documents do not work properly if certain diacritical characters are used, such as 'č'. Text containing these characters is not saved.

Need option to fully disable AI & its messages
It is very annoying how hard the AI assistant feature is pushed. Even searching for something within a document prompts an intrusive message about using AI. I've disabled the generative AI feature for my account, and yet I'm still constantly bombarded with messages encouraging the use of the feature.

Unrequested Editable Task Unneeded
The online tool is very frustrating. I want to do something simple like change the page order and it takes way longer, because the program insists on converting everything into readable text when I didn't ask it to. It feels like unasked for AI integration is making this product worse.

Adobe AI Assistant incomplete document citing when it provides information
I have been using adobe AI assistant. The issue is that the summarised information it provides does not always provide a reference for where it sourced that particular information, which I would like for verification purposes. For the unverified information it provides, I have to scour the whole source document to verify its veracity. If the AI does not know, it should say so, instead of wasting my time because it does not follow my instructions properly.
