Feedback about pop ups for subscribers
I am a acrobat pro subscriber -- why am I getting all of these pop ups when I use this tool!!!! :(

If I want to explore the new tools, I will on my own w/o prompting from the product.

E-signature order
It would be nice if you could assign the signature order to multiple people. For example, if I am sending out a lease I want all of the tenants to sign in either order. After all of the tenants sign then I want to lease to be sent to the landlord for signature. Docusign has a feature that allows for this.

rename & move options
I seem to be constantly frustrated with saving a document that was created in an email, saved to the documents in win11. how can this document be saved to the adobe coud storage easily?
also why can i get the rename option for a document in one place and not another? for example, if a document is in recent folder no rename option. same goes for the move option.
both options are inconsistent. im constantly have to guess where the document options will be . why can't they just always be available when you right click onrthe document?

Why is purchasing a subscription to your program so difficult? Why can't I just buy it on the site and use it? I need to look for some sellers whose websites do not clear how to buy this subscription...

Error message: Something went wrong
After I upload the file it starts to prepare for signature; I see the document appear for a second, and then says something went wrong and goes back to the file upload. I don't want to send the doc here as it is sensitive and I don't need all of help desk having access.

Adobe Sign Is Crapping Out - I don't care about AI--Fix what I pay for.
Adobe Sign/E-sign keeps erroring out when I try to add a signature block. I have tried to use it 7 times and it keeps crapping out.
I have used different documents. I have tried to make a template.
I have tried to use a PDF and Word document.I am very disappointed -- how can I rely on AdobeSign for time sensitive items?

Adobe Sign not working
Why is Adobe Acrobat Sign not working? For two days now I have been trying to send a document for signing, and I get a red box flash up saying "sorry, something went wrong".

Unable to download or print PDF from Adobe cloud
If I cannot print or download the PDF document, then why should I store any document on Adobe cloud?
Nothing works. Do you even test your product?

Terrible free trial experience
Possibly the worst free trial experience on the internet. It's not really a trial if I can do one file. Not a chance I subscribe as I assume this is indicative of the continued experience.

cannot integrate 3rd party storage if using a licensed account on Adobe Acrobat web, ADD STORAGE link disappears
On Adobe Acrobat web, if you have an unlicensed AKA FREE account, you can integrate 3rd party storage by going to Documents > OTHER STORAGE > ADD STORAGE. For my account, the options include OneDrive and Google Drive.
The moment I add an Acrobat Pro subscription to my account, this entire OTHER STORAGE section disappears.
I remove the subscription and the OTHER STORAGE comes back.I have tested this on the following operating systems and browsers in all combinations:

New AI popup blocks my content
Hi there! I'm trying to use the search function in a PDF, but this popup encouraging users to use the new AI tool is actively blocking the search results I'm trying to review. Users should be able to clear the prompt so that people who are not allowed or don't want to use AI can still use the CTRL+F function as intended. I am unable to use AI in my work, which inherently requires human discernment. An annotated screenshot of the issue is attached. Thanks!

difficult to use
Flattered as I am by the 4 welcome emails, I struggled to complete a form using the software. I could not get it to put characters (text and ticks) in the centre of the boxes and had to move them around like that old gameshow with Bob Monkhouse, and even then they wouldnt stay exactly where i put them. when checking the document I had to change a couple of entries and that wasnt easy either because just clicking on the box wasnt accurate enough and I created extra boxes that I then had to delete. We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new feature. You can go back to the legacy version of the software by unchecking the option "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures" in your Settings when you click on the User profile picture (Right upper corner).
Also, as for the centered character in the boxes, you can do that trick by double-clicking a text box and under Text format (Please see attached) select the second option.

the cloud experience for acrobat pro is horrible
Stop it with making everything a cloud-based experience. It's lame and fails the user experience. It is not well-featured, and is not easy to use, and flat out doesn't work for saving files locally, for editing/fill&sign flow and ease of use, nor exporting PDFs. Get rid of the cloud **** and bring back a real app on a real hard drive. Your old app for acrobat pro was just fine. Then you had to make it "all online" and break it. I cannot even download PDF files anymore, the button doesn't work for "download".

Missing Individual Files Download
When sending agreements, there is an option to download individual files that actually used to work prior to this update. Unfortunately, now all documents uploaded to be electronically signed are bound together and cannot be downloaded as individual files. Please change this back!
