For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. When signed, documents are missing ticked boxed and some text runs off the page. It was fine when I sent it for signature. I've just asked and the recipients don't see the ticked boxes either

  2. With the update to the e-sign functionality, it seems like you removed the "sign then send" function, where the initiator can immediately e-sign the document before it emails out to the next recipient. This was a nice option, and would be great if it could be added back. thanks.

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new feature .

    Regarding the Sign then send feature, despite it is indeed not explicitly present in current version of Acrobat Web, it is possible to sign the document before send it for signing to desired recipients by following this steps:

    1. Start Fill & Sign with desired document 
    2. On entering Fill & Sign you can add a sign from the left hand panel
    3. After doing this, you can click on the "Request E-Signatures" button to send this document for signing.

    We are triaging your issue and are gathering more information to understand the problem better. Meanwhile, you can switch to earlier version by following the steps below,

    Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.

    On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".

    Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

    This will switch you to the earlier version…

  3. Overdonderend! Nieuwe functies verkennen: alle tekst staat door elkaar.
    Al jaren zoek ik achter PDF "vertalen". Tot op heden heb ik het nog altijd niet gevonden.

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.  Click on your profile icon.

    2.  Select "Settings".

    3.  In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Are you using the Highlight tool from the Quick Tools in the top left corner or the Context Menu that appears after selecting the text?

  9. I purchased Acrobat after having added several text boxes with all my work intending to convert to another file format. After the purchase, all text boxes added prior to the purchase disappeared, resulting in hours of work lost. is there a way to recover this?

    this page require a secure connection which include server authentication.

For signatures, there is one feature conspicuously absent that is in docusign -- the person who is sending the pdf must be allowed to (1) sign themselves in a certain order (e.g., set it up to sign last, and (2) be able to put themselves into the process to add dates, etc. after the last signature comes in.

    I am the corporate secretary for our corporation. I often send documents to be signed to the board that need to be dated upon the last signature. With docusign, I would set up no signing order for the directors who are signing…

  14. WHY DO I HAVE TO DO THIS ONLINE!?????? Why in GODS NAME am I FORCED to use an ONLINE tool to combine PDFs that have sensitive and proprietary information.... THIS is why people hate Adobe. THIS is why people ***** the app, use older versions or use a 3rd party app.... Absolute garbage...

  19. I've been using Google Drive for years. You allowed me to connect my GDrive account within Adobe online, yet there is no way to clearly send a file which I scanned with Adobe Scan to my GDrive account to save in my repository. Perhaps this is intentional, perhaps not. But it's absolutely ridiculous that you do not make this more obvious. If you are attempting to force me to use your cloud repository, you will fail. I will never use this for more than temporary storage, so you may as well provide proper integration functionality.
