3. Adobe sign

   I bought the Adobe sign package for a year & i have not been able to use it ever since.

   I tried adding my sign & tried adding a doc for sign & all i see for hours is a loading sign.

   there is no live chat else any other user friendly & easy way of contacting somebody to fix the issue.

   my money is wasted & i am using alternate methods to sign my documents.

4. Form Fillable Issues - Impossible to Find

   You have made it almost impossible to make a fillable PDF. it used to be easy and now even accessing that tool is difficult and you provide no support to find out how to do it with the updated suite.

6. CHANGE "TAP TO SIGN" TO "SEND"

   YOU MUST CHANGE "TAP TO SIGN" AT THE END TO "SEND"!!! My clients never complete the electronic signature process because "Tap to Sign" is confusing - THEY ALREADY SIGNED. It should read "SEND"!

9. Slow Rendering on M1 Max

   The rendering of PDF files on 2021 16-inch M1 Max MacBook Pro (64 GB) on macOS 12.2 is very slow.
   The scrolling is around 5 fps or less, while disabling font smoothing increases fps, it is still too slow (around 10 fps).
   The PDF viewed is at https://www.khronos.org/registry/OpenGL/specs/es/3.2/GLSL_ES_Specification_3.20.pdf

13. New Adobe esign post Classic has changed dramatically - bad UX - bring back Classic

    Terrible new upgrade on UX. As a product manager I had to give you feedback and this is the only way I can find to do it. Filling an agreement from template didn't save (even when asked to) and I could only read what I added after hovering over the boxes. Also it jumped around horrendously. Bring back Classic - it worked

    Where is Adobe Sign??? when I go to adobe sign (secure.echosign.com) it redirects to acrobat??? where is the sign portal???? I have two separate subscriptions. Not happy

19. Adobe DC PRO & Standard DC download fix

    Adobe DC PRO is what I signed up and subscribed for, yet just bought a new lapto, went to do the install & instead of DC PRO, I received plain standard ADOBE DC ? ,, Also the printer driver wasn't and isn't included automatically during the install process so the customers manually has to install like now, I have found myself attempting to do same to resolve this ongoing apparent issue with your software. Yes I am trying the repair installation hopeful it will resolve itself, doubtful though due to the need to give instructions to customers seeking resolution to this issue?
