1. Locating files in a folder

   HATE THE UPDATED ADOBE. How can I find which folder a file is in?? I Have numerous folders an cannot figure out which folder a particular file is in anymore. Before, it used to have the "Properties" option when I would select a file and it would show the path to the specific folder. It does not have that option anymore.

6. Views for shared vs. shared with me

   I met with a customer who noticed that the Shared for Review list under Home, shows both reviews that she shared and those she received. She asked for an easier way to separate those views.

7. How to drag and drop to another browser app

   Is there a way to drag a file from Document Cloud and drop to another browser application? I'm trying to eliminate the step of having to download the file.

8. Screen within a screen won't open Adobe Sign Manage

   Many times when I log in and go to the For Signature tab and try to get the Adobe Sign Manage screen to come up it opens the exact same screen within a screen over and over....Happens all the time sometimes to the point that I can't get to the correct screen to do my work

9. No es funcional su nueva versión

   Con el cambio de versión es lo más poco funcional que cada vez que firmas un documento o revisas algún documento. Tengas que volver a firmarte: cuando tienes el tiempo encima eso no funciona . La consola anterior de documentos era mucho mejor, dividido por secciones de tipo de documento. Como esta actualmente no se pueden visualizar todos, no funciona.

11. Hard to find files in folders via search

    Previously, I was able to click on the box next to a document and see the path/folder that the document is currently in. Not only and I not able to do that anymore, which makes my job so difficult, the application is very user UN-friendly now. Please go back to how it used to be.

12. Open in Acrobat option for files sent for Viewing

    I spoke with a customer today who asked for an option when receiving a file for Viewing to open the file in Acrobat. There is an option to Download from the top toolbar, but the ask was to be more similar to the experience when receiving a file for Review. In that case, there is a link to open the file in Acrobat.

14. Form and Sign Functionality does not work

    The functionality for creating forms on my desktop or online does not work! Tried different browsers (Google and Chrome) and still no joy. I'm paying for this a functionality that I cannot use. It is clunky, slow and whirls away not doing anything.

16. Unusable! Fix what you broke

    Fix whatever you broke that makes the sad face come up 60% of the time I want to use the software. Since the interface upgrade done, the software is working so infrequently after 5yrs of using it I am looking for alternatives.

17. Update completely buggered my workflow

    Since the update, Document Cloud is completely broken. It no longer supports any of the PDFs that I normally use (and worked before the update), nor does it function in Chrome now. This is severely interfering with my workflow pipeline. PLEASE FIX.

18. Usability of New UI Update

    Him the new interface is really confusing.
    - It's hard to find and manage my templates
    - It's hard to even use a template, which is the whole point of this solution
    - In the list of documents, It's not clear what the status of documents sent for signature are
    - It's not clear who the document was sent to

    Please don't launch UI updates until you actually finish the functionality. The old Adobe sign interface wasn't pretty, and it had some usability problems, but you don't fix them by launching something worse or incomplete.

    Adobe makes DESIGN TOOLS. I expect more from you.

    If this isn't resolved soon, I will be converting to Docusign which is unfortunate since I use so many adobe products now.

20. HIGHLY DYSFUNCTIONAL: The New Adobe Sign Interface

    I'm not sure what the goal was with this new Adobe Sign interface and operational flow...but it is absolutely terrible and whatever the mark was, it was missed completely. I'm so frustrated with the fact that this new set up was even launched and forced upon us in this condition...I have to fight with this program literally all day everyday just to simply send the same document out for signature to various clients. Previously, I could literally press 2 buttons and it'd be on it's way. What used to take 15 seconds, now takes 5 minutes. This is ridiculous. I've inserted my template NUMEROUS times, yet every time I go to use it, it's not there and/or won't load and takes me to a blank screen (screenshot attached). I also can no longer easily see the names on documents as they appear in my logs. Everything is simply labeled as "signed agreement" and you have to literally click in and open each file one by one to see who each "signed agreement" belongs to. We can also no longer easily see cancelled or pending agreements...and all of this is just of highly disappointing quality, especially coming from Adobe. I'm almost in shock at how this software is performing, especially considering the types of users who typically utilize document signing software. Smh. hopefully you all are able to provide us with something way better soon.
