New Adoobe Sign UI is awful - sending templates is so much harder to do than it should be
It needs to be easier to send a template document for signature. It used to be very quick and simple. Now you have to go to documents>templates>[click a template]>use template OR documents>all agreements>[status changed to library document]>Search specific fields>[find the template>send.
This just isn't suitable.
It is nonsensical to not be able to select a template when you click any of the 'Request Signatures' or 'Fill & sign' options throughout the site.Very frustrated at how bad this UI and user journey is.

Design change
The new changes to the desktop and location of all functions is horrible. You keep changing thing in the name of improvements. But what you customers can function or use your product because of you changes I believe your going the wrong direction!!

Library Documents not appearing on Request Signature pop-up window
With the new updated layout, I can no longer select library documents when trying to request a signature, which is the tool/function I use most often. I had to upload a random file, to get the the normal request signature page, I then deleted the random file and added a new file from my Library. Could you add the Library Documents tab to this new window (see image attached)? It would make this whole process way simpler. It seems like it's supposed to be there but it isn't.

Horrible design changes
The changes made to the E-sign document cloud webpage are horrible. I can no longer see what still needs to be signed, what has been signed, etc. This is a horribly designed web page now.

switch it back!
This is awful! what did you do? I cant find half my files! Why do you keep trying to fix things that are not broken?
On a normal day I create a contract in 5 min or less. Every time you change the interface there are problems! It takes me the whole day with multiple calls to try and figure out 1 contract! Just stop already.
If you want to know how to offer a better service, just leave it alone, and keep the service affordable. End Rant

What the ******* *??? Why do you keep changing this * and making it so hard to find things. I just want to send a document for signature using my templates. And I can't. No idea where that **** is now. You're making my work really hard. I'm so ******* ******!!!!

Let people know before you completely change layouts and make it ridiculously difficult to find anything.

NEW FORMAT IS HORRIBLE.
Send for signature does not work. Please change me back to the previous format immediately. I am not impressed. This is a huge waste of time.

Enhance Scans in Document Cloud Web UI
Consider adding the "Enhance Scans" option to the Document Cloud web UI in order for users to create scans while on-the-go and do not have access to either Acrobat Pro DC or the Adobe Scan mobile app.

Poor interface update to Adobe Cloud
Since the update to the Document cloud page I am unable to see which documents that I have sent out for a signature using Adobe Sign are completed and which ones are still outstanding. All I see is a static list of all my documents mixed together whether completed or not.
Not a good list if you can't sort it.

Slow
Increasingly I have to refresh or restart the application when using fill and sign, etc. It's become painfully slow while other internet based software (not Adobe) continues to run smoothly. I'm not sure what is going on.

Function not available
I signed up and paid for the ability to convert PDFs in to other document formats. I was able to do that when I signed up on Tuesday of this week. And now it is Thursday of the same week and suddenly I can no longer export documents and save them as something other than a PDF. I need you to cancel my subscription if I can't do what I originally bought this ability to do.

please add the Document Cloud Storage to the Enterprise Storage possibility like with Creative Cloud solution. We need the ability to download the Document Cloud data of a Federared ID user as a ZIP folder. Please get in contact if more informations are needed.
