Reminder
Put back the Reminder option.

Once again you change things without asking.
How can you improve the experience? Maybe stop breaking things and give some, or may be any warning whatsoever that you're going to completely drop applications from your service.
Yesterday I login to Adobe sign and it was the classic environment that was GASP useful and GASP had information relative to the task at hand... today I login to adobe sign and it' barely a glorified jump drive.
Where was the warning? Where's my documents older than 30 days? Where's any semblance that you people care one iota about your customers?

New Deisgn is Difficult
This new version is very difficult to navigate. You have to click for signature, and then filter by status just to see the documents you are awaiting signature from. Very poor design. Also, how do you remind people that they need to sign something, use to be so easy. Not happy with this new version at all.

New interface is absolutely terrible
This new interface is absolutely awful. I have had nothing but trouble and I can't even figure out when something has uploaded with another item. Boy, have you ever taken a gem of a program and made it difficult to use. I'm afraid that I am going to have to find another cloud share program as I am not going to be able to waste any more time.

Userface is horrid
I do not like this newer version of Adobe Pdf Send!! The previous version was so much better and easier to use. The Send & Track Button has disappeared, you can no longer put a Company logo on the delivery email to recipient and it seems you have to attach multiple files a longer winded way, rather than just drag and drop files, add a title, email address and then Send. Files also when uploading seem to error so it takes several attempts to actually send. Please sort it out!!!

Adobe Send & Trackの送信状況バーの復活
Adobe Send & Trackから、Document Cloudに統合されたような形かと思われますが、一点改善をお願いしたい内容がございます。
・アップロードファイルの送信状況が、バーの進行で表示されてわかりやすかったのが、今は送信中の円がくるくる回っているだけで、どれくらいで送信完了するかが全くわかりません。アップロードに時間もかかるので、どれくらいで送信が完了するかの確認ができないと、業務使用上、とても生産性が悪くなります。是非とも今まであった表示を復活させてください。
どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Lost important access as email delegate. Can no longer use Adobe Sign
New format is terrible. I like the Dashboard view. Do not like the new document view, hard to view by category (yes, I saw filter, I am speaking about that). Also, I can no longer sign from a delegated email address as I had on all previous documents for the last few years. That last bit is the most important part. I do not see how our company can continue with this product if I can no longer access links sent to an email address I am delegated to receive.

The Save and Save As functions don't exist
I know that this is novel. But Adobe needs to have a save function as part of their menu. This would be called 'Save' and 'Save As'.
I believe that the AI could write this code in a day maybe in an hour. I don't know how Adobe stays in business. Probably not for long. I would never use the AI Assist. Adobe won't use it -- nor would I.

Lagging Program
this program has crashed 7 times as I'm trying to type additional information into one line. A project that should have taken 5 minutes has taken me over an hour and it's unacceptable.

Name changed by technical error
There was 2 documents opened in Adobe. 1 was rakez letterhead and other was an agreement. I sent out agreement for signature and my agreement sent to receipt by RAKEZ letter head name. The letter name was changed to another document which was open in Adobe. This is a technical error.

Update is less efficient
When requesting e0signatures, we were previously able to add on a template before editing the pdf. That option is no longer here. Can you bring it back? With the current options I'll have to combine the files, organize the pages then request signatures which wastes time. This update is less efficient.
