I recently bought a new laptop and would like to continue using the various Adobe tools like I have done for several years already.. But when I tried to do so on this new computer, I was requested to become a user again for an annual fee. Can't open desktop app
My desktop app keeps crashing. This keeps happening even after updating the app. If this keeps happening I will be forced to look for other apps to edit documents. I have Windows 10. I read that you are working on this issue back in May of this year. Page organization needs to be re-examined
page number displayed, page number assigned to document (metadata/document properties), and the total number of electronic pages are not always the same which makes navigating a PDF document more difficult than it needs to be.
doesn't the PDF/acrobat legacy or claim to fame have to do with how much easier it is supposed to be to share certain documents as well as the potential long-term use of a PDF file so as to not have to constantly start over as is the case with other standards?

Unreal how much I have to argue with Adobe AI
I am going to start searching for something else. I have never had to argue with AI like I do this one. I just got a response in Spanish and when I asked why, it said it was in English. I asked for the accomplishments of someone that I had a resume on and it said they had no accomplishments which was clearly untrue. I asked for one simple paragraph summary of a document and got bullet points. This just doesn't cut it.

Terrible esign experience
Extremely unfriendly software. I've always used DocuSign to sign documents and my experience has been seamless. Wasted so much time trying to e-sign with Adobe and still not able to.

e-sign progress
your e-sign is so sketchy. people have an amazingly difficult time finishing these documents we send. either they can't finalize because they've finished all the fields, and adobe doesn't recognize that they have, or they don't finish.
What we desperately need is for adobe to allow us to see the progress. This is a basic feature implemented by other e-sign products like dochub for instance.
If we had ability to download 98% completed document, we could work with it. not seeing any progress until your broke finalization process is a deal breaker1 voteHello,

Dissatisfaction as to how you do business
I was forced to sign up for an account for adobe acrobat pro ( 7 free trial, can cancel at any time) am unable to fine site to cancel. by the way terms were different at the sign up from what was first presented.

Versetztes Ansetzen von Hervorheben und Textfeld
Beim Hervorheben von Text oder in Bildern wird die Markierung nicht an der Stelle angesetzt, an dem sich genau der Kursor befindet, sondern leicht rechts versetzt, was auf dauer sehr stört, da die Markierung nie perfekt passt. Zusätzlich: Wenn das tool Hervorheben ausgewählt wurde und zB eine Textpassage markiert, muss für die nächste Passage wieder erneut das Tool ausgewählt werden. Ebenfalls sehr störend auf Dauer.
Zusätzlich: auch beim einsetzen eines Textfeldes wird dieses leicht rechts und leicht unten versetzt zum Kursor angesetzt und ist daher auch immer etwas unpassend. Bitte diese beiden Kleinigkeiten beheben.1 vote -
I lost all my work because your web app doesn't autosave
MAKE AUTOSAVE AUTOMATIC. I just lost a full day's work because my internet connection reset. How the **** are you clowns the industry standard?! This is such an obvious, basic feature. If any competitor arises, I will buy stock and tell all my friends.

Missing characters from Croatian alphabet
Application is ok, but it has trouble with textboxes containing characters such as č, ć or š. Textboxes containing such characters disappear when document is exported to pdf.
