Acrobat DC serialized deployment for remote desktop/Citrix environments
The new named user licensing (NUL) is not ideal for remote desktop/Citrix environments when using more than two session hosts.
The cloud limitation of two logons is fine for personal computers but when operating a large number of session hosts users have to logon to Acrobat DC when roaming across multiple servers. Each server is considered a new installation.
Please bring back serialized deployments for enterprise customers or another solution that works with remote desktop/Citrix.

Better customer information, possibility to pause subscription
It has taken me an hour to get clear information on the options for purchasing Acrobat. I couldn't find any information on how to buy the 'perpetual licence' or what this entailed - nor what the differences are between the subscription and one-time purchase. I had to ask all these questions through an incredibly inefficient online chat. This information should be freely available and transparent for customers - companies generally do this so that customers don't waste hours and end up feeling vaguely conned before they have even bought anything. Apart from that issue, I suggest a subscription service that…

Can Adobe
Does Adobe have an annual subscription fee versus the monthly subscription fee.
Please advise.
With COVID-19, an annual subscription fee would be much easier to manage and thus ensure continuity of the Adobe service - thus avoiding be cut off / disconnected due to lack of a monthly payment.
From financial circumstance beyound ones control, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please advise ASAP.
Thank you

Unable to Roll Back Installation
I had a perfectly functional version of Acrobat. The Acrobat DC trial was suggested, so I tried it. But it deleted my old version and I am unable to roll back, and the disks are in storage on the other side of the world, so I now have no versions of Acrobat. This is a poor way to encourage users to purchase new product, which in my case did not work.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat DC on 12/19/19. Now you want me to buy it again on 3/2/20?
I purchased a subscription to Acrobat DC on 12/16/2019. I now have to use a trial version of Acrobat DC because whenever I open Acrobat it says I have to use a 7 day trail version or buy it again. What do I have to do to fix this?

Named User Licensing - Actual Usage
As Adobe System Admin for my large enterprise, I very much need the ability to run a report on demand from the Admin Console that'll identify which users are utilizing which Adobe licenses to include their last usage date. This should be quite possible given Named User licenses (Federated ID) must check in to Adobe constantly and so Adobe already tracks user interaction with licensed apps. This would very much benefit my enterprise as I will remove users who are not utilizing the products after a period of time. Reference Case ID E-000007273.

Your product suite is the most disorganized and fragment ever. What century do you guys live in? and this feedback collection is terrible.
Make it work. Can you please hire some real product people who can spend some time rationalizing your horrible experience?

Windows shutdown permission error
After latest update to Acrobat DC, dated 2/4/2020, users get the following error when shutting down or restarting their computer: "You don't have permission to shut down and restart this computer."
The problem seems to be isolated to shutting down/restarting via the start button. The computer can be shut down via command prompt, or red button on login screen.
If I disable the 3 Adobe services relating to license check and updates, then restart, the problem goes away.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed displaying another app's icon
I installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my new Windows 10 laptop. After installation I was looking for the familiar Adobe icon, and it was nowhere to be seen. The only icon that said "new" was the icon for One Photo Viewer. I hovered the pointer over it, and it identified the app as Adobe Reader! I clicked on it, sure enough it opened Adobe! What gives??? I restarted the computer, no change. How did Adobe install with another app's icon????

Customer service
I am editing a 323 page book. Page numbers are a nightmare. Roman numerals are not available for the Preface. I cannot get Customer Service on the phone. I was on hold 28 minutes, then had to call Sale (which answered the phone) to route me to Customer Service. I have now been in hold for 23 minutes. Terrible customer service. I am paying for nothing .
