  2. For month's I've been getting a small popup error EVERYTIME I open a pdf. I've followed the instructions provided but NOTHING ever fixed it. I don't know what the **** is going on at Adobe but I would have preferred they fixed errors FIRST.

Today I opened Acrobat and nothing looks the same. Some tools are in color, some are greyed out, No notice given and no list of the changes.

Is AI running the company now? If I had stock in Adobe I'd be giving it away right now. This market is prime for competition and I hope it…

  3. While you sit and figure out the stupid, illogical, and absolutely unreliable interface, why don't you allow users to downgrade to a supported version that both works, unlike this version, and is responsive, unlike this version!

Adobe, you have not provided any, let alone good customer service by releasing this POS software. You have unleashed a hellish nightmare on your customers with no way out. You are definitely going to lose customers over this. I am one of them. I have been using Adobe Acrobat Pro since it came out. You just wrecked it. Get it fixed or quit so…

  7. Adobe Photoshop has 70 tools. Acrobat has about half the number of tools as Photoshop. In Photoshop, a user doesn't have to load tools. All are accessible from the Tools panel and menu commands in the Windows menu. In Acrobat one has to load tools from the Load Tools Window. Also in Photoshop one can configure a personalized UI design and save the Workspace. In Acrobat one can spend a few hours configuring the Workspace (for example one designed for working on forms) then the user begins to work on other activities (say comment & review). To do so, the…

  8. The Acrobat development team is comprised of morons! The default view after installing the latest release hides the top level menubar. How moronic! You stupid idiots! On Windows laptops, the F Keys are generally reassigned by developers. Hence, the F8 and F9 keys won't use the app's F key actions. In short, one cannot use the new Acrobat UI on a Windows laptop. One has to view the UI in the legacy format. Can you not see how stupid it is to hide the top level menubar as a default view?

  9. Go back to the old layout appearance as this new one sucks. You have taken what once just lived in the old file menu bar, hen taken it and shifted repeatable functionalities to the right hand side bar in the previous "new layout", but this "new simplified" layout takes that and now gives you two side bars and almost no functional "settings" adjustments you can make all from one place. You have decentralized all the settings, options, and tools thus making it look more sparse but in actuality making it less simplified.

    Do better.

Don't change the appearance and functionalities…

  11. It used to be that when users created a custom toolbar for Acrobat, it was stored in their account online. Now it appears that this feature has changed, and the settings for the toolbar are stored instead on the user's computer. That is a foolish idea. My computer just crashed so that I have had to reinstall all of my software - including Acrobat. However to my great dismay I have discovered that my toolbar is no longer accessible. Your company stresses the great advantages of its cloud features, yet it appears that you do not take it advantage of…

  16. Last week's update was the worst of all (apart from the one to upgrade to the DC version). We work on macOS Ventura, Acrobat version 2023.006.20320. There's no scroll bar, you can't see your selections when you zoom in, it's like working blind. Pitstop tools are unusable. You have to cancel this update, go back. It's as if you don't care about the people who work with your applications, without taking their opinions into account. You never respond to feedback. Please cancel the last update!!!!

  17. As of version (mac) 23.6.20320.0, the vertical scroll bars were removed, as confirmed by your support team.

Why oh why? This breaks workflows. Please add them back, or minimally add a preference to enable them.

(Note that they sometimes appear temporarily, but then disappear.)

  18. The quick action floating toolbar cannot be moved or docked, which means it is constantly hovering over the document, covering the upper left corner of the document. There should be an option to move or dock this toolbar so that users can view their documents unobstructed.

  19. It seems like adobe is really pushing the AI thing..... I don't care. I want Adobe Pro to render graphics and text quickly and compactly.. I use it to mark stuff up. I want it to be fast and stable, small file sizes.... Focus on what people by adobe for... not what you think is the current best buzzword.

Right now it's **** near worthless to me. Probably switching to blue beam.

  20. Please remove the new "Create" button in the tabs area. This is the most annoying thing I have ever seen. I keep accidentally clicking on it when I want to close a tab or move the window, and then Acrobat is inoperable for up to 1 minute and a stupid spinner rotates in the middle of the window, only to display a new button "Select files". This contradicts 100% the rest of the user interface of the tool.
If you don't remove this, then please make the button optional so that it can be hidden effortlessly. I will never use…
