  1. need to fix the problem of it telling me that i need to renew my subscription. you charge me every month but still say that i need to renew

    fix problem with subscription notifications, i pay you every month automatically.. but say that i still need to renew my subscription and have tried going through customer service but they aren't helping/helpful

  2. Acrobat crashing and wants to reopen previous windows/documents almost every time. Mac OS X Mojave.

    Pretty much every time I open Acrobat, I get a window asking me if I want to restore the previous documents, because Acrobat had crashed the last time (but I didn't notice this -- I quit it manually and no notification of a crash until the next time I start up).

    Several times per day Acrobat DC produces windows errors like this:

    I think it is a problem with the "Recent Files-Picture" on the startpage. Because all pdf-files on my harddrive are working well, but when i open a pdf from an outlook archive or from another not local…

  4. Action features

    Action feature needed:

    • Let action work without open the files (status bar only)
      (X version already done that way)

    • Add the option to close the files after the saving process.
      (X version already done that way)

    Looking to using the action on a bunch of different group of file these two options will save A LOT of time.

    It Seems to me or the ACTIONS are a step back comparing to the old batch processes?
    Less options, some bugs...

    Hope to see an improvement in the NEAR Future.

    Currently Default dictionary lookup is Dictionary.com but there should be a feature to change that default lookup to any other offline Dictionary Service Provider.

  7. slow and laggy

    Incredibly slow and laggy, UI is almost unusable. Using 50% - 100% of a single core just to scroll. Ironically I am trying to read the Adobe PDF Reference, Third Edition.

    Really Adobe? I can't even read a 9MB file ABOUT the PDF specification in YOUR OWN software without it slowing to a crawl?

  8. Pro DC (Windows) crashes when sending email to outlook

    Pro DC was responding very slowly when emailing. Tried reinstalling Pro DC but now when I try to email a pdf the whole program crashes.

  9. Acrobat DC Standard hangs while loading license status

    When opening any PDF, document loads in DC, then hangs for ~10s while license status is accessed. Once license status appears in lower right corner (e.g. "Your current plan is Acrobat Standard DC, annual"), app becomes responsive again.

    New issue, very annoying, please fix.

  13. Adobe Pro fails to open this PDF, reports bad stream. Other readers open it fine

    1. Open this PDF in Adobe Pro
    2. See "bad stream" error.

    Any other PDF reader (Chrome, Evince, Mac Preview, GhostScript) opens it just fine, but Adobe Pro is unhappy about it.

    Is it a bug in Adobe Pro?

  16. Bug, Error running Action Wizard against multiple files.

    Hi,

    I have an Action Wizard doing the following:
    1. OCR
    2. Optimize
    3. Save the file
    When I run this same Action on two separate Machine against a folder with a lot of PDF files in it, after running for a while, say doing 100 - 300 files, if fails. The DC Student version gives out of memory dialog box error and stops and the Pro DC version gives a dialog box saying "There was an error opening the document...." I will attach the screen shut of the error I get.

  18. Preview handler in Windows 10 locks PDF files if active on windows preview pane.

    For some reason, we cannot delete PDF files store on a network because the preview handler locks the file. We have to hit the delete key which opens a windows prompt that the file is in use, then unselect the PDF file, and then click in the windows dialog to try again.

  19. Specific location zoom

    I deal with multiple sheets of similar layout. I would like to zoom in on an area and go from sheet to sheet with the same area zoomed at the same scale. The version prior to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC allowed me to do that IF I was zoomed in anywhere that included the top margin of my image. But the new Adobe Acrobat Pro DC will only allow a similar zoom if I have zoomed into the TOP LEFT corner of an image. : ' ( : ' ( : ' (

    You can use Loupe tool for getting your desired result.
    Follow below mentioned steps to activate loupe tool.
    Go to view > zoom> Loupe tool.

  20. Provide options to Sort files in a OneDrive folder when opening

    This is for Acrobat Pro DC.
    We have the option to open 'Files' from OneDrive.
    When I navigate to a folder in my OneDrive the files are displayed in what appears to be Name order. I would like a way to Sort those files into other orders. For Example, Date Descending/Ascending.
