  2. Livecycle:

    After accessing a Excel sheet as a dataconnection. Sending email will crash Adobe Acrobat DC with no error.
    Also if you start by sending an email, you can't Work with Excel sheet as a dataconnection.
    The problem is not there when using a normal mssql as a odbc source.

    The error is reproduceable. I have attached a pdf to show the problem.

    All fully updated:
    Windows 10 Pro
    Adobe Acrobat DC
    Office 365 og office 2013
    Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016(latest odbc driver for xlsx files)

  3. There is nothing more frustrating that being invoice in USD when we are in Canada! It is a doable thing to add another currency to an accounting program. SO DO IT!

  5. I would like to add tags to PDF files that are inside of a Windows folder and be able to filter by tags.
    At the moment, the naming convention organises the PDF files in an order that is not beneficial for us.
    Can we add tags to PDF files and filter inside of a Windows folder?

  7. Acrobat takes nearly 1 min to load.
    Takes another minute to load a document (between 300K - 1000K). Takes several mins to load anything large (> 10MB).

  8. We have added and assigned 274 Adobe DC Pro users to the VIP Portal. We now need to run a report that provides activation status for each user i.e. if a user has installed Adobe DC pro and activated the license. Is that feature available or can it be added?

    Greetings! I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the compare feature.
    It would be great if you could help us with a few queries that will help us in investigating the bug:
    - What is the version of Acrobat Pro and the OS that you are using currently?
    - Could you please share the workflow that you’re using while using the Compare tool?
    - Could you please share some sample files with us so that we could reproduce the issue at our end?

  10. As I am sure happens with other customers, we have an issue where some of our PDF documents were damaged. A data room service had an incident where downloaded files were truncated. In some cases, the files will not open in Adobe, but they will open in other programs such as Microsoft Edge or SumatraPDF. This is because the footer is damaged, but while Adobe will not open a file that is missing the %%EOF statement or other portions of the PDF document specification, these programs ignore some portions of the specification that are not essential to the data within…

  16. Mac Acrobat always stuck when opening a file from document cloud. Though it is downloading but the system regarded as it was dead. Also, when scrolling in file, or in viewing PDFs, the frame rate is low, about 15 frame per second, or even lower,(5fps). When the search box is open. It is not so friendly on Mac compared to the acrobat on iPad or iPhone, or even the web version!

  17. When clicking on a bitmap image with Output Preview's Object Inspector, the image resolution reported is incorrect. It works as expected with color and grayscale images, but not bitmap (1 bit black and white). My test image is 3"x3" @ 600 PPI. When clicked on with the Object Inspector, Output Preview reports 129,600 PPI.
    Acrobat Pro DC 2019.012 for macOS.

    Check the problem with the latest version of AcrobatReader DC.

    When I open a password protected PDF and copy the mail text of Outlook 2016, I can't paste in the password input field.

    [Environment]
    AcrobatReader DC 2019.012.20034
    Windows 10 Pro 1809
    Outlook 2016

    [Supplement]
    Confirm that the problem does not occur in AcrobatReader DC 2010.012.20034 under Windows 7 environment.
    It is possible to paste into the password input field copied from Notepad.
    Confirm that the problem does not occur if you downgrade to Acrobat Reader DC 2010.010.20064 in the environment where the phenomenon was confirmed.
