  1. Using 'Send for Signature' with added signature block. Date does not appear when uploading an image. Unlike type and draw which has the date automatically added under the signature. See tickets #0188780191 and #0188780008 on 3/21/17.

  3. Until recently, I was able to click "fill & sign" and the document would immediately adjust to the proper screen. I was able to apply my saved signature, fill in appropriate forms and send with ease. Now, when I click "fill and sign" it takes me immediately to the attached screen. There is no (obvious) way to sign my document. I have had to open up my docs in "fill and sign" on my phone and send that way (which still works but is very inconvenient).

  4. I have been working with Acrobat for as long as it has existed, and this version is a nightmare. I have spent hours trying to sign a contract while my customer waits for a response. The sign icon at the top is greyed out. I am unable to edit, add text fields, add signature image. I may have to resort to printing the entire contract and rescanning it as I also cannot insert a page into this locked document. We do not need more features, we just need the ones we have to work.

  6. When I try to "sign" a document, I sometimes get that little circle that just goes round and round. I had no problem with the old version.

  7. Auto Fill won't disable and just forces the same entries into multiple sections. Basically I can't fill out a form with out acrobat putting the same words in most of the sections. For example if i type my zip code in the zip code box it make every zip code, sate, city box whatever i type and i can't change any box without it automatically changing all of them.

  8. Create "Save As" or "Clear Form" for Adobe "Fill & Sign" so that we don't overwrite an original form and have to re-download each time we use the form.

    Hi,

    This is AsDesigned behavior. We show only the sign option for PDFs which have active form fields.

    For other PDFs all options)checkmark, cross, sign etc.) are displayed.

  10. It takes to long loading signature image file, after start-up of Acrobat.

    It may be the file, which is lightweight, or sync with online account in general at that moment.

    4 grey blue squares rotate aout 3-5 sec.

  11. To have the option to turn off messages when I add/or place a signature, really annoying. Otherwise, I like the product, I use it everyday

  12. I fill data in a PDF form and save the changes. When I return to the document at a later stage, and make a single change, I lose all the previous data entered, only retaining the last change. It is annoying to lose all your typed data.

    Luckily I save it in Dropbox, so can get back to original revisions.

  13. I have MS Surface Book. I draw on screen all the time. I draw on PDFs in free apps. It should be possible in this, very expensive one, don't you think?

  17. When we (in my company) sign documents with "fill and sign", we get following instant message; " When you save a form with signature or initials you will no longer be able to edit the existing form fields". This is perfect! BUT; this is not true! Even after the document is saved, others can change anything in the document, and even delete the signature!!!?!! Should be possible to choose if others should be able to sign (as multiple signatures often is needed), or if it should be totally locked for any editing after signing!

  18. The same options for creating a personalized signature should be made available for creating personalized initials. Specifically, I'd like to be able to import an image file of my initials. Currently, the only options are to type your initials or use the cursor to digitize them. Neither sufficiently replicates the look of real, handwritten initials.

  20. Holding the Command key (Mac) or Control key (Windows) should allow for selecting/highlighting multiple, separate characters or words within a text field. Similar to how the Shift key can be used to select/highlight a single range of characters.

    This would allow easier batch modification, to be used when making many singular characters within a paragraph into subscripts, for instance. Command or Control-selecting each character to be modified then enables the user to only have to click the subscript button once, instead of for each character after highlighting.
