Any way to convert only important emails from NSF file?
I have a large NSF file, but I only want to save the important emails instead of converting everything. Is there a way or a tool that can help me filter by date, subject, or folder so I can export just the messages I need without going through the whole mailbox?

How to Export Office 365 Mailbox in PST File Type
Exporting Office 365 emails to PST format manually typically involves using the eDiscovery feature within the Microsoft Purview compliance portal. This process requires administrative permissions, setting up a new content search, selecting target mailboxes, and exporting the results. After the search completes, an export key is generated, and a ClickOnce application must be used to download the PST files. While functional, this method is time-consuming, involves several technical steps, and is best suited for experienced administrators.
For everyday users or those unfamiliar with Microsoft 365’s compliance features, this manual approach can be overwhelming. It lacks advanced filtering options for selective backup, and even minor misconfigurations can lead to export failures. Additionally, handling multiple mailboxes or conducting frequent backups using this method is inefficient and prone to errors.
In contrast, the Office 365 Backup Tool provides a much more efficient and user-friendly solution. It allows users to export Office 365 mailbox data directly to PST files without requiring complex setup or admin-level access. The tool supports selective data export, maintains folder hierarchy, preserves attachments and metadata, and ensures data accuracy. With its intuitive interface, the tool streamlines the entire backup process, making it ideal for both technical and non-technical users.

Change default text color
There needs to be an option to change the default text color when adding text to a PDF using "Edit" > "Add Text" option. I routinely add text in red to show what I am typing is my own text on a PDF. I do see that I have the ability to change the default text color for the "Type Text" option, however that is a different text box option that I do not like to use. I prefer the "Add Text" feature using the "Edit" option, as this option has overall better formatting for what I am trying to accomplish. I use this on every single PDF I use everyday, and it is frustrating to have to change the text color from black to red for every single document, as I format over 100 PDF's everyday for my job. When I go to "Preferences" > "Content Editing", Adobe gives me the ability to change the default font and font size for the "Add Text" feature, but not the color. If Adobe could give an option for default text color within these preferences, I believe that would fix my issue.

The Rise of Remote Work: Tips for Productivity and Well-being
Here are some of the best ways to improve productivity while working remotely.
Set a Dedicated Workspace
You need to set up a proper workspace, sofa bed complete with an office desk and an office chair. Keep aside a certain space in your home for work-related activities. Ideally, this space should be effectively quiet, free from distractions, and add to improved productivity. Make sure to set up a comfortable office desk and office chair to support good posture and reduce discomfort during long hours of office work. Additionally, creating a routine can help with your remote work culture. Building a consistent daily routine can help build structure and discipline in a remote work environment. Keep aside regular working hours and follow them as much as possible. Begin every day with a morning routine that comes with activities such as exercise, meditation, or journaling to set a positive tone for the day ahead.
Maintain Certain Boundaries
Now that you have set up your office chair and office desk, you need to follow certain rules to enjoy maximum productivity. You need to clearly define boundaries between work and personal life to avoid burnout and to follow a healthy balance. Make sure to communicate your availability to colleagues and set aside designated "off" hours when you are not expected to respond to work emails or attend meetings. You need to respect your boundaries and avoid the temptation to overwork since your office is at home. Proper communication is vital for remote teams to remain connected and aligned. Embrace digital communication tools like email, instant messaging, and video conferencing to connect with colleagues and manage projects on track. Make sure to remain proactive in managing updates, seeking clarification when required, and offering support to team members.
Leverage Technology
Aside from setting up your office desk and office chair, you need to take a few more steps. Leverage technology to manage workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve productivity. Look into project management tools, time-tracking software, and connectivity platforms to promote seamless communication and project coordination across remote teams.

automated enrollment group support
Automated Enrollment for licensing can be managed in the Adobe Admin Console, but does not support assignment to synced (OIDC) groups from a domain, rather only to the entire domain. Enabling group-level auto enrollment would allow us to comply with licensing restrictions by user type.

The instruction at 0x0... referenced memory at 0x0000000000000018. The memory could not be read. + LogTransport2.exe error
I've had four separate people call this week with the exact same error which seems to be stemming from Adobe Acrobat v25.001.20531 (specifically the paid version, not Reader). Nothing in particular seems to trigger the error, it seems completely random, happening about 3 times a day, sometimes triggered by opening or exporting PDFs, but otherwise I've been unable to find a direct cause or trigger, other than being related to Adobe. I've tried everything I can possibly think of - uninstalling, reinstalling, AcroClean, deleting all references to Adobe on the C: drive, uninstalling Creative Cloud, disabling add-ins, disabling Adobe Cloud services, disabling Task Scheduler items relating to Adobe, turning off Adobe on startup, turning off new Adobe, compatibility mode, troubleshooters, turning off protected mode/enhanced security/app container, sfc/dism scans, running all updates, repairing Office (just incase?), even tried different computers - but NOTHING is fixing this issue. The worst part is that Event Viewer won't give me any hints as to what exactly is causing it, but the only commonality between all four clients is they have Adobe Acrobat version 25.001.20531 and only get the error when Adobe is open. It must be some kind of silent background crash. I notice the PID is quite small, so it must be related back to something quite early on in computer startup... Sometimes on restart they get a LogTransport2.exe error as well, also related to Adobe.

Fix Preview Pane Bug
Either my Acrobat updated or my Windows updated... but now I can't "preview" a DPF in the Windows Explorer. I have to open all of them, and it's really a pain. I googled fixes and tried every suggestion, and even restarted my computer after every change. I still can't preview the PDFs.

Form field for Drawing in a fillable form
I'm working with the Fire Department to make several of their forms digital. There are a few pages where we need to designate areas to draw on.
Example 1 - the page has various views of a human body: front, back, left side, right side. They need to show where burns/injuries are on the victim for an official report. The bottom layer could contain the images of the body outline, and if we could designate "draw on top of" areas, they could use their finger or stylus to identify those areas.
Example 2 - They need to provide a "field sketch" of a fire location. The background image is basic grid, if we could designate "draw on top of" for the page, they could provide this information without needing paper, then having to scan it in to add to the pdf form.I'm working with the Fire Department to make several of their forms digital. Page scroll indicator disappears.. very unnecessary and unproductive
Why does the scroll indicator disappear in the page scroll bar, when reading a pdf in adobe? See the attached screen shot. The scroll bar doesn't show the location you are in the document until you hover over the scroll bar with your mouse, which is really stupid. Why can't the page scroll indicator continue to show all the time? Not only does the indicator help you know where you are in the document, as looking at the page numbers is more cumbersome and not easy for this purpose. But the main issue is when you want to move the page using the scroll bar indicator, and when it isn't showing you have to first hover over the scroll bar to make the indicator show up ( which is really annoying) and then you can click and hold the indicator to move the pages up or down. This extra step in having to find the indicator is totally unnecessary and a time waster when the indicator doesn't take up any space that needs to be used for other things! Please just make the page scroll indicator show up all the time!

Adobe hates users
Adobe clearly hates users and wants all subscribers to go away. Garbage UI that has only gotten worse over the years. Less usable, less functional, more cluttered up with trash that doesn't work. Thanks for nothing.

Enough with the Annoying Pop-Ups !!!
When attempting to manipulate text within a document an annoying "helpful" pop-up menu keeps getting in the way. Like an eager puppy bouncing at your feet, it constantly pesters; Want to generate an image? Want image ideas? How about copying with formatting? Huh, huh! Get the "F" out of my face! If it's possible to turn it off, I haven't figured out how. I just want to do my work. Put those pop-up options in a tool bar that I can call up if I need it, and quit slowing me down! Unfortunately this is a problem that exists in many Adobe products. The more "helpful" they try to be, the more intensely irritating and counter productive they are.

Empty text boxes should be automatically discarded
When adding an empty text box (by accident for example), which has no text and no spaces, it still gets saved and displayed in the list of comments. It should be deleted/discarded automatically.

Need help deciding how to deploy Acrobat via Patch My PC and Intune
All users must have either Reader or Pro
About 150 users have a Pro license while 350 do not.
Patch My PC detects the following deployed to our devices:
Adobe Reader DC Continuous MUI 350 installs
Adobe Reader DC Continuous 250 installs (This is a Update Only MSP file)
Adobe Acrobat DC Continuous 300 installs
Adobe Acrobat Pro 250 installs X Trench Run
I could set some form of Reader as Required on all devices, but I think that may downgrade existing Pro users.
I could uninstall everything and set some form of Pro as required, then try to suppress the login popup box so unlicensed users don't get nagged to sign in.
I could just leave the mess as it is and Update Only all of it, but because nothing is set as Required new devices won't have Adobe installed.
What is the difference between Adobe Acrobat DC Continuous and Adobe Acrobat Pro? They both have the white Pro icon in Patch My PC but they are detected as different installs.
How do you all use Patch My PC to deal with Adobe? What is the best way to set some form of it as Required for all devices?
