This login issue is not a windows issue. It's a persistent issue in Adobe itself. I am also a sysadmin and this past week re-installed windows to clean up my computer from pandemic work as we are beginning to return to work onsite. Occasionally though I'll still take advantage of a telework agreement for slow days and just fill out a few PDFs for work and this persistent bug is absolutely killing productivity. Especially when there are dozens of forms to fill.
Fresh Windows install with no modifications, and fresh adobe install and I am STILL asked to sign in and give a cell received verification code then sign out my "other" PCs every three rounds.
I'm beginning to think running a cracked version would be a better solution.
Also I would select remember me on this comment post but I don't think that option would work either if going by your software is any indication.

I work as a Systems Administrator and from experience, the Users I Support have regularly shared similar experiences with me, regarding Adobe Acrobat DC Pro repeatedly asking for a Login. And when it isn't asking for a Login, it's requesting a Verification Code.
This seems to be related to the method in which Adobe Caches Login/Session Data.
There is also the Two Computer Limitation on concurrent Login Sessions. That completely needs to go, as it shouldn't matter how many concurrent Login Sessions a User has, especially if the License is supposedly attached to the User's Adobe ID (Email Address), as opposed to the Computer itself (as it used to be with Serial Numbers, in Version XI and prior). We also have a large number of users working from Home, via Remote Desktop Services, due to the Pandemic. We have Four Load Balanced Remote Desktop Session Hosts/Servers, yet we don't use Roaming Profiles and management isn't going to implement it, simply for Adobe. As a result, our Remote Users are being asked to Login again, just about every time they Log into Adobe Acrobat Pro from the Remote Desktop Environment.
In comparison, I also pay for a Microsoft Office 365 License, which is also attached to my Email Address and yet I can initiate an Unlimited number of Login Sessions, from an Unlimited number of Computers.

Hi Adobe
Don't you guys ever read these comments and act on them? This was posted nearly three weeks ago. -

Some of these comments go back three years and the problem is also reported everywhere on the web. ARE YOU GOING TO FIX IT? If not, why not? It asks me to sign in at least once a day and I am in my own secure home. Let's face it, it is not web banking. What is the worst than can happen - somebody who is not a customer gets access to Acrobat Pro DC. I think you have probably lost many more customers than the number that have found a way to get it unlawfully. I would not object to logging in to get the latest updates but that should only be once a month. I am attaching the login screen shot you request but surely you know what it looks like! At the very least, you could use cookies or other method to fill in the email address which is what all sites do except the very high security ones. I am paying $21.99 per month. Can I send you an invoice for all the time I waste at $100 per hour?

Agree with all of the previous comments. Loss of productivity is beyond imagination! I want my money back! Furthermore, why are users required to post "ideas" to improve your business when you have no regard for my business. Where are the answers to all of the comments about the insane requests to log in each time we open a darn PDF. WOW, that is beyond absurd.

Is there some sort of Adobe profit motive in asking customers to sign in?

If not that's OK - I know what I have to do - go elsewhere. -

Are you trying to force people to use a different PDF program? This is a complete pain ********** that I have to keep logging in to use the program. How the **** do you turn it off.

This is beyond funny - I am about to dump your service and go with another. Stop asking me to sign in for every document.

I have been using this for a long time now and no need to continually sign in. Why the flaming change when it is unnecessary. Fix the change and stop this requirement.

Precisely. I pay a monthly fee to use this ap and requiring me to sign in is a pain ********** particularly since the signing in procedure results in an unmatched address and password necessitating a new password each time I wish to o[pen or print or do anything with a pdf.
your monopoly is untoward and you shall lose a user shortly. -
