Acrobat icon in Windows 10 menuI have already reported the fact that, when installing or updating Adobe Acrobat (which happens rather often), the program icon in the Windows menu is incorrect. I know how to bypass the problem by creating manually the good icon, but each time Acrobat is updated, this bad icon reappears (see screenshot). This is a VERY long lasting bug. So please, fix it!!! Thank you 28 votesHi, Could you please try the following steps and let us know if the issue is resolved: • Delete Adobe Acrobat icon from the Start Menu, the desktop and from the taskbar.
 • Go to C: > ProgramData > Microsoft > Windows > Start Menu > Programs and you’ll find the " Adobe Acrobat DC " with the wrong icon. The that looks like a shortcut. Delete it and close the window.
 • Go to C: > Program Files (x86) > Adobe > Acrobat DC > Acrobat and find Acrobat.exe
 • Right click on Acrobat.exe > Send to > Desktop
 • Right click again on Acrobat.exe > Pin to Start Menu… and close the window
 • Right click on Acrobat.exe – shortcut (that you just created on your desktop) > Copy
 • Go back to: C: > ProgramData > Microsoft > Windows > Start Menu > Programs… and Paste the…

Adobe Fresco incompatibleI would like to see more computers at lower price points work with future Fresco updates. On my current system, I cannot install it. I do not have upwards of $2000 to buy one of the computers it supports. Not everyone is wealthy and i would be paying any of those computers down for at least 2 years, if not longer. But I need Acrobat for school so I can edit PDFs my professors send me. Also, a list of graphics cards with DirectX 12.1 support would be helpful. I will do without it for now, I would like see… 1 vote

MS Installer bugIf during the installation of Acrobat DC Pro you select only the option to create PDF from Office documents, the virtual printer will not be installed. And if you choose the creation of office documents, and, for example, in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, then the printer is installed and everything works correctly. Fix the installer, please. 1 vote

Creative cloud - turn it offMake it easier to TURN OFF the CC connection. I have a paid annual subscription; I want Acrobat on my computer, so I can use it on my computer, and save files QUICKLY on my computer. After 1 month I am so sick of CC churning away in the background and trying to load files or my license through often-weak wifi. 2 votes

Creative Cloud-Free Adobe SoftwarePlease let those of us who prefer it to simply use Adobe software like any other. No creative cloud, no membership, no password. I just want to read and edit pdf files. It's software. Let me just use it. As it is I have lots of pdf files and I'll go along. But as soon as there's an alternative, I'll bold from Adobe and never come back. Unless I can again just use the software like before. 1 vote

Cost is prohibitiveThere should be some sort of discount for either long time users of your regular Adobe Acrobat or those who use more than one Adobe product (like I also have Adobe Scan). OR...consider those of us on disability, social security or fixed incomes. You have one of the highest monthly membership rates and I am wondering how long I can continue to put out all these fees to Adobe every month. We need a financial break. At least SOME of us do, on a case-by-case basis. What with EVERYONE charging anything from $2.99 a month to $17.99 for full blown… 6 votes

Acrobat DC keeps asking me to sign inI am a long-time subscriber to the full Creative Cloud. Recently Acrobat DC asks me to sign in every time I open a PDF (when it is not already running) even though I am signed in to my Creative Cloud account and using one or more applications. After I sign in successfully, in the upper right corner it still says, "Sign In." I've tried all the troubleshooting steps on the support page. Nothing works. This is very annoying to say the least. 2 votes

Strange icon for Reader DC and Fill and Sign failuresThe Reader DC icon on my Mac changed to this and now the "Fill & Sign" feature constantly crashes. This happened after the last DC update which shows this:
 Architecture: x86_64
 Build: 19.21.20047.353337
 AGM: 4.30.91
 CoolType: 5.14.5
JP2K: 1.2.2.44610See the attached file for the icon that appears. Do you think the two items (strange icon and constant crashing) could be related? I have to use the Adobe Uninstaller to remove DC to clean it out completely, then reinstall DC. It will work for one or two documents, then returns to continuous crashing, whereupon I have to uninstall and reinstall.… 1 vote

Recover FRL license from hard drive that has failed/crashedThe license recover process using the licensing toolkit for computers that have a healthy hard drive works great. However, anticipating the need to recover a license from a computer where the HD has failed/crashed and the HD can not be accessed to run licensing toolkit .exe to recover license. Anticipating the need to recover a license from a failed/"crashed" HD and would like to know procedure for this. Maybe it license count needs to be manually adjusted on the Admin Console by Adobe Tech Support???? Just want to prepared to address this situation. Thanks! 1 vote

Installation problem: IMSLib not found. Acrobat services will not work.Error message continues: your application install seems to be damaged. Please reinstall the application.
When I visit the page to reinstall the app, the only option is to "subscribe." I don't wish to subscribe. I just need to fix the installation of Acrobat I have.
I have Acrobat Pro DC and it's currently updated.
 Acrobat Pro DC Build: 19.12.20034.328841.
 I'm on MacOS 10.14.4.
I don't wish to replace my full version with a trial version, and then have to subscribe. I just want my current version to work correctly.
Does anyone have any ideas, please?
 Thank you.1 vote

Acrobat Reader DC will not install on MacBook Pro OS Mojave 10.14.6Installer stalls at about 66% during "running package scripts." I tried running acrobat cleaner but it reported no acrobat products installed (which should be the case). I don't have any other Adobe products on this late 2013 computer. 1 vote

Adobe Acrobat Incorrectly Keeps Asking to Sign OutAcrobat under creative cloud keeps asking me to sign-in and then shows me the form to sign out of other devices. (See Screenshot). I am running Acrobat Pro on a machine called JeffDesk3. It doesn't seem to understand that JeffDesk3 on the licensing database is the same one I am running Acrobat on (this device). When I run Acrobat it will show the sign out of screen listing this device, JeffDesk4 and JeffDesk3. Since I am running on JeffDesk3 it should not be doing this. I can sign out of JeffDesk3, it will then move the license to JeffDesk3, but… 1 vote

Logging of usersWe have been seriously facing trouble since there is no available method to log/ trace users with Adobe products in order to determine whether they are actually using the product assigned to them, whether they need checking from their last log in time. This brings forth a lot of misuse of licenses and malpractice of assigned licenses remainig unused due to the unavailability of such feature.
This becomes specially difficult when its an Enterprise account and there are thousands of users to be managed. Please add-in a feature soon where the admin, depending on access control, can check for users'… 6 votes
