  1. Inability to unsubscribe

    My idea is an automated system to stop overcharging and continuing monthly billing when a customer uninstalls Acrobat Pro from their Creative Cloud. Although I don't have it Acrobat Pro installed on any system I continue to be charged. As a loyal customer I would love to see this work properly so that I don't need to waste my time hunting for the money that is being removed from my account.

  2. Bug report: Acrobat.exe - Einsprungpunkt nicht gefunden

    Hi, when I open Acrobat pro DC I get an constant error message. see the attached file.

    I already repaired the installation but with no success. what can I do?

    I want Adobe to support 2 Step Authentication logging in like Google & Amazon already do.
