    Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  2. Can't Save!

    After typing Cntrol+s all afternoon, and into the night yesterday, I arrive to find out that nothing saved, past around 1:00 pm yesterday. I lost a TON of work. Please fix ASAP.

  4. Cannot do a Save As... to make a new document from a template

    Cannot do a Save As... to make a new document from a template. The buttons are not user friendly at all. Many options in the previous version cannot be found.

  5. Sharing files suddenly doesn't work

    When I try to email a file, all of a sudden, I don't get the option to email or share and a side frame pops up but no options are there for me to choose how I want to send the tile.

  6. after create link page zoom changes

    windows 10, Acrobat pro DC 2019.008.20074

    bug?

    description of issue:
    - page zoom of pdf is fit width
    - select text/location where the link must be inserted
    - right mouse click -> create link
    link action = go to a page view
    - click next
    - go to page/section to where the link must go
    - click Set link
    - the pdf jumps back to the location of the selected text.

    and now the page zoom is not longer fit width but custom.

    We are not able to reproduce this at our end.
    Can you share with us some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  7. Action features

    Action feature needed:

    • Let action work without open the files (status bar only)
      (X version already done that way)

    • Add the option to close the files after the saving process.
      (X version already done that way)

    Looking to using the action on a bunch of different group of file these two options will save A LOT of time.

    It Seems to me or the ACTIONS are a step back comparing to the old batch processes?
    Less options, some bugs...

    Hope to see an improvement in the NEAR Future.

  8. Single Page View Icon doesn't work properly in Acrobat Pro DC ver. 19.008.20080.44583

    My default is page width. From there I click on single page view but nothing happens. If I click on the 2 page side by side view and then the single page view if changes to single page view but NOT directly from the page width view.

  9. Compare files - text is flagging as discrepancy

    We use Adobe to compare PDF file that comes from two different system.
    Left side is our internal and right side is from another system.
    We copy over the format of the other system for us to compare it perfectly in Adobe.
    But no matter how we adjust the alignment and spacing, we still encounter below discrepancy flag.
    As you notice, the text are exactly the same.
    And also how come the font size of the PDF that comes from our internal system become lesser when convert to Adobe (from 8 to 7.98)

    Can you help us how to sort…

    Hi,

    There’s a difference in the font size between the characters in the files shared by you because the application used to create the two PDFs is different. Please try comparing the PDF files created using the same application and let me know if you’re still facing the issue.

    After accessing "open existing file" have a search bar appear in the left hand column that will allow you to type in the file number you are searching for

  12. Recent files list / Way too sparse

    New Acrobat DC recent files list wastes a lot of space. It's a list, the name entry includes a separate line just to say "PDF" which spaces apart the items unnecessarily. Just put that in a column (there's lots of wasted space there too).

  13. "Content preparation progress" takes too long

    Whenever opening pdf file, Acrobar Pro DC always shows a window titled as 'content preparation progress". This takes too long and blocks file content & makes hard to read file content.
    Sometimes several minutes, sometimes forever!
    This needs to be improved.

  14. Dont crash lose 3 hours of my work and then not be able to bring it up the file, how about that for a great idea. Thanks!

    dont crash and have a **** program that loses large amounts of work. Thank god there was an auto save oh wait it crashed and didnt work too.

  15. Pro DC (Windows) crashes when sending email to outlook

    Pro DC was responding very slowly when emailing. Tried reinstalling Pro DC but now when I try to email a pdf the whole program crashes.

  18. add a shortcut key to execute an Action Wizard or make it available in the top menu or screen. Currently many clicks are needed to start it.

    My next question is to be able to close the file which was transformed by the Action Wizard, but CTRL+W is okay as well.
