4. Remove or move the "Try PDF Spaces" botton to a less annoying place

   You have added a button called "Try PDF spaces" exactly where the All Tools button was and forced the All Tools button to the right. Presumably this is to force clicks as folks who have memorized where the buttons they actually want to use are located and may click without looking. Get rid of it or move it to a less annoying place that doesn't disrupt workflows please. We already pay for your program - don't force us to navigate to things you want to promote. If it was actually good you wouldn't have to place it in the way to attempt engagement.

    When Acrobat is placed in full screen and multiple PDFs are open in tabs, everything works correctly at first — new files open as additional tabs within the same full-screen window. However, when switching between these tabs (for example, clicking from one document tab to another), Acrobat immediately exits full screen and reverts to a standard desktop window.

    This behaviour breaks macOS’s Spaces workflow, which is essential for professionals who rely on full-screen app management and gesture-based navigation between programs. It only occurs in Acrobat; other apps remain stable in full screen on Tahoe.

    The issue appears to have started after updating to macOS Tahoe 26.0.1, suggesting that Acrobat’s window/tab handling is no longer compatible with the current full-screen API.

    Please investigate and restore proper full-screen tab behaviour so that switching between tabs within Acrobat does not cause the application to exit full screen.

13. Tabs duplicate in windows taskbar

    Bug. I work with two monitors, and when I have the Adobe Acrobat window on one monitor, it shows as it should, but when I move the window to the other monitor the icons in the Windows taskbar multiplies, which get very annoying after just a few open dokuments. If I try to close a tab, the "duplicate" window in the taskbar is still there but empty. It has been like this for the last two updates of Acrobat I think. Please fix this error!

    I was messing around with EssayBot because deadlines were stacking up, and I just wanted something to break the silence on a blank page.     The Adobe Acrobat software is not usable. I purchased it for the E-signature feature because I deal with 30 contracts per year. Every SINGLE time I add the signees, it crashes and closes. I have removed and added the software more times than I can count. I have done the repair tool and software update multiple times and nothing works. I have done the crash report multiple times. I am starting to think it hates Windows Home 11. Why do I pay for this software? The only resolve is to go into Adobe Acrobat online, upload the contract there, then send for signatures. It wastes time and adds an extra step.

    I would like to present some PDF slides during an online meeting using Adobe Reader in fullscreen mode. Previously, during the middle of 2023, I successfully managed to do this and recall that I was able to switch the cursor between the text selection tool and the drawing tool simply by using keyboard shortcuts.

    However, I am now facing some difficulties. It seems that this functionality might not be available anymore, as I am unable to locate the necessary shortcuts to toggle between marking text and freely drawing on the slides. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance on whether this feature has changed or if there are alternative shortcuts that I might not be aware of. Thank you!

20. AI has ruined your whole desktop app

    These constant prompts to use AI have totally ruined Adobe Acrobat for me. They're disruptive. Also, my workplace uses Acrobat for sensitive work documents - we are required to maintain confidentiality - I can't risk potentially having AI trained on my documents. I'm saying goodbye to Adobe Acrobat permanently, and using Xodo moving forward instead. Xodo is not shoving AI at me daily. I'll be encouraging my whole office to switch too. See ya!
