Editing Bug - Highlight Color Button
Adobe for Mac, Adobe Acrobat Pro:
When highlighting, pinning the highlight button and showing the "change color" button--if the screen is maximized, the Change Color button often does not work. Demaximizing the screen causes the button to work again.

AdobeSign - Ability to remove a cc participant from a Webform
At the moment you can only replace a cc participant on a Webform with another. You can not delete a cc participant if there is no replacement. The only way around this is to re-create the Webform which is time consuming and a messy solution.

Organize Cloud .pdfs Into Folders!
I use Adobe Cloud for doing assigned college reading. It would be SUPER helpful if we could organize .pdfs into folders. This way, I could organize the readings by class, semester, week, etc. As of now, it's a long list.

Document not saving
When I try to save a document after editing the form; I get a document cannot save, try saving under a different file name. Then it automatically deletes my document and goes right into my trash. When I try to retore and open the document it then gives me an error "There was an error opening this document. Access denied." but I could open the document on the drive online. Allow users to change default settings for ALL form field properties
It would be an amazing time-saver if we were able to change all default settings for field properties, i.e. type and size of font for each field or all fields, type and size of radio buttons and checkboxes, etc. This would make me -- and many other users -- much less irritable when I have to create forms.

floating dialog to edit highlighted text doesnt pop in read mode
In adobe reader, in normal mode if i highlight a text and later if i hover cursor on highlighted text, a floating tool bar pop up to edit highligting.
That highlighting tool bar doesnt pop-up in reader mode. I see it as problem as i mostly read the document and highlight important text.

Redacting PDFs
When you batch apply redactions to a group of PDFs in a folder, it would be great if Acrobat did the work in the background and allowed the user to continue working. Currently, Acrobat opens every document which means that a user cannot continue doing something else.

Adobe Admin Console: Synchronisation of user groups
Current state: It is not possible to add whole user groups of the Adobe Admin Console (e.g. synchronized via Azure AD) into the purchased products, if the product profile (e.g. Adobe Sign) has been allocated to the user group in the a Adobe Admin Console.

Highlighter Blocking Text
Highlighter has changed on me this week - it blocks text out as tho it is on top of the text. not behind. I cannot find a setting to fix this. Lowering the opacity only makes the colour more faded, and the text is washed out. This was not like this 1-2 weeks ago. please fix ASAP - I use this tool everyday.

Change Highlight Text Color With Keybinds
Hi! It would be amazing to the workflow if you could add the option to set specific keybinds to change the hightlight text color before actually take the action or using the mouse to manually select the color you want.
For example: I'm using "green" as standard color but as i'm reading i decide that for that line of text i would rather choose "red" cause it is important. I would love to have the option to press -for example- "1" and automatically change the hightlight color to "red".

Follow the Reading Progress in the Table of Contents Tab by adjusting highlighted bookmark
I have to read a lot of scientific papers, where I have to refer back to concepts earlier in the document. Whenever I then click on a previous bookmark I notice that the bookmark highlighted corresponds to the latest bookmark I clicked rather than the current bookmark. I understand this kind of makes sense when the bookmarks tab is used as literal bookmarks, however, with most documents it is actually used as a Table of Contents. Why is the menu bar (F9) popping visible and hidden all the time / randomly?!?!? How to pin/fix it to be visible all the time??
Edit - Preferences - Documents - unticking [ALT+w] doesn't help.
Is this some new feature of an update or what? There is no way to pin the menu bar fixed and visible all the time?ps. Mentioning the Windows / Edge hijacking pdfs, here too, even if that doesn't belong to this issue...

Hire better programmers from a competitors, yours are incompetent and the program FAILS everyday. Once I get the signature issues resolved with DRAWBOARD Adobe will be cancelled AGAIN.

Feedback on use of Merger
Hello, I am writing this because of my like for adobe as a company normally i wouldn't bother giving feedback of this nature only I know Adobe might use this info well.
While trying to use PDF merger as a part of Adobe Acrobat i found it difficult to navigate and overall a little laborious.
