  1. Summary
PDF documents containing mixed page sizes (8.5x11 and 11x17) fail to print correctly after a recent Acrobat/Reader update. Pages sized 11x17 fail with a PostScript interpreter error on the print device; the same 11x17 content prints successfully when extracted into its own single-size PDF. Rolling back Acrobat/Reader to a prior version on the affected server fully resolved the issue with no further errors.

  2. I have been trying for ten minutes to run a simple ocr feature (that I pay for) on this terrible program and nothing works. I have tried in the desktop (and nothing happens when I click on "Scan & OCR", other than to change the tab to Convert. I have tried with the online version, and nothing happens. And your stupid 'provide email and password' below is broken. Does anything you do work?

  3. I am trying to use two Windows virtual desktops to separate my work activities. However, whenever Acrobat is already open on Desktop 1, opening a PDF from Desktop 2 always switches back to the existing Acrobat window on Desktop 1. As a result, I cannot effectively use virtual desktops with Acrobat, since documents do not stay within the desktop where they are opened. In my opinion, supporting Windows virtual desktops properly is a fundamental productivity feature for professional users. I hope Adobe can improve this behavior in a future release.

  4. Can we please have a debloated home screen in Adobe Acrobat?

Looking at the current layout, half the screen is wasted on stuff I’ll never use:
    • Curated project ads like “Unlock your sales potential with TED” — this isn’t why I opened Acrobat.
    • AI features pushing “summarize your notes” when all I want is to view and edit PDFs.
    • Meeting transcription integration — how is this even related to a PDF tool?

And the strangest part: if I’m running Acrobat DC (formerly Acrobat Pro, Acrobat X, etc.), that already means I’m a paying customer. Why is the…

  5. Provide the ability to remove, rearrange, or hide Adobe Sign In Options. We use Microsoft SSO which our users need to click the “More sign-in options” to get to. This causes confusion and downtime.

  6. The safest approach is to keep a backup of the original PST and use a reliable converter. A dedicated PST Converter lets you preview mailbox data before conversion and supports PST to EML conversion. Review the required emails, select EML as the output format, and start the process. Afterward, verify the converted emails and attachments before relying on the files. Keeping the original PST unchanged provides an additional reference during verification and archiving.

  7. Many organizations standardize on the new Acrobat experience for supportability, training, documentation, and user consistency. While administrators can deploy the new Acrobat interface, end users are still able to select "Disable New Acrobat" from the menu and revert to the classic interface.

    This creates several challenges:
    - Increased support calls due to users working in different interfaces.
    - Inconsistent user experience across the organization.
    - Training documentation and internal procedures no longer match what users see.
    - Additional administrative overhead when troubleshooting issues.

    Requested Enhancement

Please provide administrators with a policy or enterprise setting that allows them to:
    - Disable…

  8. I am currently on 2026.002.21996 64bit.

A few updates ago Acrobat Pro has become extremely sluggish. Switching between tabs takes a few seconds to render, clicking to change tools or menus takes longer now, ect... Overall the experience has been declining slowly ever since the new interface was implemented.

  10. It would be great to have a small panel in the toolbar with quick-access links to helpful external resources (style guides, document templates, reference sites) so users don't have to leave Acrobat to find them. For example, I often bookmark reference pages like milfshookup.org/white-milfs/ (https://milfshookup.org/white-milfs/) and it would be convenient to pin these directly in the app for faster access while editing documents.

  11. Yes, a corrupted SQL database can often be recovered if the underlying MDF or NDF files remain accessible. Start by creating a backup copy, then scan the damaged files and preview recoverable records and database objects. Verify the recovered content before saving it to a healthy SQL Server database.

  12. This appears to be a bug or regression in Acrobat’s commenting tools.

Previously, under Comments, there were separate options to Replace Text, Insert Text, and Delete Text. The dedicated Delete Text option has now been removed.

The current Select and Delete Text tool is not an equivalent replacement. It does not allow you to select/highlight text first and then mark that selection for deletion. Instead, the deletion must be initiated through the tool itself, which makes editing significantly less efficient.

More importantly, this affects the Acrobat-to-InDesign workflow. Properly marked text edits can be imported into InDesign through Import PDF Comments,…

  14. Every time I open a file in Acrobat now I get this popup window that says "Preparing document for reading" with a progress bar that never moves. It just sits there until I dismiss it. This is on Adobe Acrobat for Mac on a CC subscription, latest version update.

  15. There are already other notes. I add that the change occurs as soon as you choose "Post" -- the correct superscript continues to appear in the pop-up message box, but the entry in the comments sidebar posts IMMEDIATELY with subscripted version. See the .jpg image for this effect as snipped at the moment it occurred.

  16. Please add a native download button within PDF Spaces that allows users to export their generated podcasts as offline audio files (such as MP3 or WAV format) directly to their local device.

Currently, listening to a generated podcast requires an active internet connection to access the PDF Space. However, users frequently need to consume these audio recaps while commuting, traveling, or working in areas with limited or no connectivity (such as airplanes or remote locations). Providing an offline download option ensures uninterrupted access to our generated content anytime, anywhere, and significantly improves the overall utility of the tool.

  17. When i used ocr for korean, it didnt know it was korean and ocr failed. With AI, it should know better and suggest to install language pack.

After language pack installed, ocr was 80% accurate. With AI it should be way better.

After ocr, printing looks horrible. It should provide options to print with original scanned results only rather than 80% complete ocr results. I cancelled my subscription and used open source odf solution for this:
Korean OCR: 95% for keyword search only
    Printing works as intended.

  18. Disabling the AI assistant is actually what you should do. Even though I've disabled the AI assistant in the settings, I continue to receive pop-ups asking me to summarize the documents I'm trying to read. In addition to blocking the content I'm trying to read, these pop-ups make the basic program less usable, such as when it comes to scrolling, Chill Guy Clicker. Additionally, when the assistant is disabled, the small chat bar at the bottom shouldn't be there. For heaven's sake, please make this right. AI is not necessary for everything. I'll use Chat GPT if I need…

  19. I am using Adobe Acrobat on Windows 11 with an Epson RapidReceipt RR-600W scanner.
When using the New Acrobat interface and scanning a multi-page document directly from Acrobat, the first page scans correctly, but subsequent pages appear completely black.
The issue occurs with both TWAIN and WIA and also occurs after resetting Acrobat preferences, repairing the Acrobat installation, and installing all current Windows updates.
Important: If I select Show scanner’s user interface, all pages scan correctly.
Epson ScanSmart also scans the same multi-page document correctly, and the resulting PDF displays correctly in Acrobat.
If I select Disable New Acrobat and…

  20. QuickBooks Error 15276 is a specific payroll update error that occurs when users attempt to download or install the latest payroll tax tables. This frustrating error can disrupt your payroll processing workflow and potentially lead to inaccurate tax calculations if not addressed promptly. Understanding the causes and implementing effective solutions is essential for businesses that rely on QuickBooks for payroll management.
    Understanding Error 15276
Error 15276 typically appears with a message stating: "Error 15276: Unable to verify the digital signature" or "Error 15276: The payroll update did not complete successfully." This error indicates that QuickBooks cannot verify the authenticity of…
