Disable Generative AI. Aside from the disruptive UX/UI aspect of how Gen AI is being pushed onto users, there is also the fact that a number of your users (myself included) are literally not allowed to use Gen AI in our work. Furthermore, surely Adobe is aware that there are a number of use cases where PDFs very often represent the most sensitive, private and/or confidential documents that people use and work with. Think court documents, legal and contractual agreements, government documents. As a result the last thing users in these contexts want is the sense that Adobe is foisting Gen AI onto them - and potentially Gen AI is already consuming these most sensitive and confidential of all documents! From my perspective this is a disastrous decision by Adobe that needs to be rectified asap.

Insert and replace default color
When using the "Add note to replace text" (insert and replace) commenting tool, it is impossible to edit the default color of the replacement mark using Properties. This used to be possible, and is still possible for other commenting tools. (Adobe Acrobat Pro via Creative Cloud on MacOS 12.6.7)

usability
Dear Adobe,
I´m using Acrobat Reader on MacOS to comment students theses on a regular basis (2-5 times per week, roughly 6-12 hours working time). The last major update brought a terrible user interface. Usability has decreased massively.
Some thoughts:
1) I want to mark a passage of text. First I need to select the marking tool, sometimes by opening the submenu of marking tools. Then I mark the text and need to right click, open comment, and then the curser is not in the comment box to start writing my comment immediately. So at least 5 clicks for one comment!
2) The comments boxes (lots of them) overlaps with the text on the document, although there is some space on the left (all tools are shown). Why?
3) During commenting I need to switch regularly between line and text-marking tool. Again lots of clicks. Even then, sometimes I need to select the Mouse-Tool to click on the just drawn line, to open the comment button. Please revise these comment features to make use easy as possible and minimize the number of mouse clicks. I´m considering to use another PDF tool, as Acrobat prevents efficient working.

Language dropdown menu not in alphabetical order
If you're using a non-English version of Acrobat, the dropdown menu that appears when selecting the option to Convert a PDF file to a Word or Power Point file is not in alphabetical order. I'm using the Spanish version (see attached picture) and, as you can see, since German is "Alemán" in Spanish, I'd expect it to find it where the A is, not where the G is. Can you please fix this? This is horrible to see and work with, and I'd wager it isn't that difficult to change. Thank you.

Make "Organize Pages" better
In "Orgamize Pages", the functionality is horrible. Bookmarks don't work (they won't go to their point page and cannot be set)! Search doesn't work either (you have to exit to full view to find terms)!
I want to be able to see my searched term highlighted within the Organize Pages view AND I want to see a list with previews of searched-term with surrounding words AND I want to set and use bookmarks while having a birds-eye-view of the doc.
Nothing else works when in Organize Pages and the view is practically UNUSABLE. There is a TON of blank space between and around the page images - this reduces visilibilty of the images and does not add an value - it's not like that space is needed for menus or tools (since there is no functionality in this view).

How Do Import MBOX to Rackspace Email?
A crucial first step for companies trying to improve teamwork and expedite email management is to import MBOX to Rackspace. Try this beneficial MacProTools MBOX Converter for Mac. This tool is used for importing MBOX files to multiple emails, like Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, and others that frequently store email messages in MBOX format. But as businesses expand, it becomes clear that they need a more reliable and secure email system.

New Toolbar Suggestion
Former versions of Acrobat (I believe versions 10 and below), prior to Acrobat DC, had the capability of showing tools on two rows at the top of the document pane and suggest consideration for returning to that type of user interface.
The lack of colorization of icons in DC, the basic shapes and the inability to show nearly all tools in the toolbar makes it very difficult and time consuming to edit and markup documents. Detailed, colorized tool icons of old, combined with the ability of truly customizable, multiple toolbars would make Acrobat much more productive.
Is there any way to add a second and possibly third row to the tool bar or some way to show nearly all the tools while working on a document? The productivity gain from the proposed extra toolbars would seemingly offset any loss of screen "real estate" for document viewing/editing.
Please see the attached screenshot, as a reference to older versions of Acrobat that had the option for two-row toolbars and detailed, colorized tool icons.

Acrobat is not mapping windows on Win11 24H2
Latest version on Win11 Pro as of today 12/7/2024. Updated Windows to 24H2 and Acrobat is broken. When I launch Acrobat on a PDF file or from Start Menu or from Creative Cloud app, a process starts each time, but no window maps. Currently I have 30 Acrobat processes showing in Task Manager but not one window is registered with Windows (nothing in the taskbar, no Acrobat window showing in Alt-Tab or Windows-Tab). Earlier today I uninstalled Acrobat, rebooted, reinstalled Acrobat (from Creative Cloud app), and I was able to launch and use Acrobat. I thought I'd resolved the problem, but a few hours later, the problem is back.

Annoying we cannot hide side toobars
It's super annoying we cannot hide the side bars. If I am editing two pdf's side by side they take up a LOT of space. This is a professional app. Also a very expensive all. Why don't we have complete and configurable key commands that we can use instead of giving up 30% of our screen space to toolbars?

Our team of experts is dedicated to offering you a safe and enjoyable experience as you explore the best online casinos. Take a look at our top 10 best online casinos, where you’ll find a wide range of games, secure deposit methods, fast payouts, and exciting bonus offers.
How We Evaluate Casinos
Each online casino featured on our site is thoroughly assessed based on key factors like licensing, reputation, and player reviews. We also rely on our personal gaming experiences to ensure that the casinos we recommend meet high standards of reliability, fairness, and security. Our goal is to help you find the best platforms for a profitable and safe gambling experience.
Your Safety Is Our Priority
At MegaCasinoReviews, we prioritize your safety above all else. Every online casino we review undergoes a rigorous evaluation to ensure it meets strict security standards. We verify that casinos use advanced encryption technologies, protecting your personal, financial, and contact information from third-party access. Additionally, we thoroughly review each casino's privacy policy to ensure that your data is never shared with unauthorized entities.
Transparency in Licensing
One of the most important criteria we consider is licensing. Reliable online casinos display their licensing information prominently, usually in the website’s footer. You can easily verify the legitimacy of their license by clicking on the validator icon, which redirects you to the relevant regulatory authority's website. Casinos licensed by the United Kingdom, Malta, Curacao, and Gibraltar are highly reputable, and if your country’s regulatory body also licenses the casino, that’s an added benefit.
Fair and Transparent Bonuses
We also take a close look at the bonus programs offered by online casinos. It’s not just about attractive promotions but also about fair terms. We ensure that players have clear information on wagering requirements, limits, and timeframes, helping you make informed decisions before claiming any bonuses.
How We Test and Review Casinos
Our expertise in online gambling has enabled us to develop a comprehensive review process. Before a casino is included in our rankings, it is evaluated based on several key criteria:
- License Verification: We prioritize casinos licensed by reputable authorities, ensuring they operate legally and fulfill their obligations to players.
- Bonuses and Loyalty Programs: We assess the quality and fairness of bonus offers, ensuring that wagering requirements are reasonable and achievable.
- Game Selection: Top-tier casinos offer a wide variety of games, including slots, table games, and live dealer options from leading providers like NetEnt, Microgaming, and Playtech.
- Security Measures: We ensure that casinos use SSL encryption to protect your data, which can be verified by checking the website’s security certificate.
- Payment Methods: We examine the available payment systems, including transaction fees, limits, and processing times.
- Customer Support: Reliable customer support is essential, and we evaluate the availability and quality of support services, including the channels of communication and response times.
Stay Ahead with MegaCasinoReviews
At MegaCasinoReviews, our mission is to keep you informed about the latest and most trustworthy online casinos. Our team constantly updates reviews, ensuring that you have access to the most accurate and up-to-date information. By choosing our platform, you’ll benefit from:

Pros and Cons of the Best Online Casinos
When choosing an online casino, it's important to weigh both the benefits and potential drawbacks:
Pros:
- Licensed and legal platforms.
- Wide variety of games from top providers.
- Advanced security measures to protect your data.
- Multiple payment options for convenience.
- Accessibility from any device, anywhere.
Cons:
- Risk of gambling addiction.
- Geographical restrictions on access to some casinos.
The Importance of Licensing and Regulation
Always ensure that you play at licensed online casinos. Many jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Malta, and Curacao, offer reliable licenses that guarantee fair play and timely payouts. Playing at licensed casinos ensures that you are protected and that any disputes can be resolved through the relevant regulatory authorities.
Practice Responsible Gambling
Gambling should always be a source of entertainment, not a cause of financial stress. Set limits on both time and money, and never gamble more than you can afford to lose. If you suspect that you or a loved one may have a gambling problem, seek help from reputable organizations such as Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy, or BeGambleAware.

Remove the relation between bookmarks text color and page color.
Currently there is no support for dark mode on reader, To simulate dark mode like experience we have to change settings in Preferences -> Accessibility -> Replace Document Colors. If we select the 'Replace Document Colors' option and in that we select 'Use High-Contrast Colors' and check the 'Change the color of line art as well as text', the bookmarks text color also switches to dark making it unreadable.

Installing Reader and Acrobat on same computer
It is critical to have the opportunity to install Reader and Acrobat on the same computer. What moron decided to limit installing one or the other???
Imagine you're a forms designer for the US Government IRS department where hundreds of PDF forms are hosted on the .gov web site. Each and every form needs to be tested to work properly in Adobe Reader before deploying the forms.
Or imagine the poor forms designer who creates forms for clients. You can't expect people to purchase two computers and running a virtual mode is just a pain when one has to go back and forth between testing and authoring forms.
This is a critical issue. Please bring back the opportunity to install both apps on the same computer!

Recipients of modified pdf get Please Wait message through MyChart
YOU MUST FIX THIS - I get a pdf form. I am filling out the data fields using Adobe Pro, which I paid for. Then I upload it in MyChart (i.e. a web browser.) Users cannot view the document. They get the "Please Wait" message. Yes, they could download the document and then view it - but they won't do that. YOU MUST MAKE WHATEVER ENHANCEMENTS ARE NECESSARY FOR USERS TO VIEW PDFs with data fields filled in without downloading them!

auto complete
Up until yesterday, I had several years worth of auto-complete information in Adobe Pro. Suddenly everything is gone and I'm starting all over. What happened? I didn't change any settings and I'm irritated that addresses and other information that I use frequently is no longer there.

Searching for a Tool Doesn't Teach You Where to Find It Next Time...
I have been searching for the "Take Snapshot" tool which used to be on I believe the Edit menubar dropdown. Now, it's no longer there and I can't find it listed among the various icons. I use the search bar and it pops up.
Not three seconds later, I want to use it again.... it's completely gone. There's no indication what menu it is on or any method to locate it for the future.
What is so offensive about this new UX is not that you moved everything... that sucks, but it we would learn eventually the new layout. What is so offensive is that tools have disappeared entirely in some cases and there is no good way to learn where everything went. That puts us in a no-win situation where those who are wont to complain will be here every time we can't find tools because there's literally no other option.
